Since you asked I think that's very unlikely.

This is just a pump and dump and we are now firmly in dump stage. It goes back below 1p very soon. The company has nothing and the corporate structure is such that the major shareholder, Hudson Global Group Limited, is in complete control of minority shareholders. They further control the board and company through debt owed to them.

Even if the assets did turn out to be valuable Hudson would not allow any of that value to find its way to the minority shareholders.
