kevjones - I admit Bellzone was high risk and I agree with you about the ramping scum that are on every AIM BB it seems. Luckily i was not in BZM too deeply, but what annoys me is after everything the company said about assets, the liquidators can dismiss so quickly.
But I suppose an African project run in the theifdom of Jersey was a bad mixture.

I got a similar message, will we ever know who nicks the resource BZM had, but we have been had ! If there was a big II involved this may not have been so easy for the liquidators but we are easy to push around especially as this is a tiny backwoods share. Nobody has a single big enough stake to take any form of expensive action and they know this. --- Why did I ever bother with AIM !!!!

Low volume , 108 trades and finished up almost 40%.
So best of luck everyone for the next 3 days and especially next week. Havent heard anything at the moment as soon as i do i will mention it. Either some of you will walk away with decent money or it be beans snd toast. Its all has come down to BZM board , i am sure meetings are going on till late to arrive at the final decision. All the best

The CEO might have played a blinder here. There was/is a similar situation in AST and that RNS of that type normally does the trick. Hudson too much to loose, 120million spent by BZM and Assets worth excess of 150million plus if BZM is still running. Corrput AIM , a lot of people will be making loads at the expense of small pi that sold on the drop. Sad to see but it doesnt suprise me. Those that bought at 0.2p will probably 5 bag.

perhaps leaks of forcibly unlocking the value of BZM is coming in to play? Sale perhaps and Hudson and creditors get their debts back

From lseGone up a littlehudson appointed ex CEO Julian Cheong to run BZM and then cut funding at such a crucial stage or once they found out what's possible. They are informed before all of us. They have either pulled funding to cut losses. Or to pick up the pieces and force BZM to close. IMO They have everyone in the know and would easily obtain licenses if BZM forfeit them through insolvency. Someone will pick them up and it will be them and government who would do the deal. Why keep bzm going when all they do is owe money. If they can obtain licenses that's all bzm are good for. They won't issues more shares as will go below 50% meaning less control. Clear as day.

Bellzone Mining plc

Kalia Mining Convention ratified by National Assembly

Bellzone Mining plc ("Bellzone" or the "Company") (AIM: BZM) is pleased to announce that on 5 July 2018 the National Assembly of The Republic of Guinea has duly and unanimously ratified the Addendum to the Kalia Mining Convention (L'Avenant ndeg1 à la Convention de Base) ("Addendum") which was signed on 9 November 2017. The Addendum updates the Mining Convention (Convention de Base) ("Convention") for its Kalia Mine and associated infrastructure, which was originally signed on 26 July 2010 and promulgated by Presidential Decree on 2 September 2010.

The Effective Date ("Date d'Entreé en Vigeur") of the Addendum according to its terms will occur immediately after ratification by the National Assembly (completed) and the Supreme Court ("Cour Suprême") and the signature by the President of The Republic of Guinea of the Decree promulgating the Addendum into law. Both remaining procedural steps are expected to follow shortly and the timetable with respect to Bellzone's workplan obligations will be referenced from the Effective Date. Notwithstanding the extended Addendum timetable milestones from the Effective Date, the Company continues to press on with the preparation of the ferronickel bulk sample with the aim of achieving conclusive feasibility study results by the end of 2018.

Bellzone wishes to place on record our deep appreciation for the strong support of the Guinea Government as a whole, as well as the President, Secretary-General and Deputies of the National Assembly. In particular, we are immensely grateful for the consistent commitment of the Minister, Secretary-General and Staff of the Ministry of Mines & Geology, as well as the Governor, the Prefect and community of Faranah where our Kalia mine is located.
