Issue of Equity 
 
 
 
 
The Company announces that, today, it has converted the 266,905 C Shares in 
issue into 848,224 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance 
with the letter posted to Shareholders on 11 November 2009 (the "Letter").  The 
848,224 new Ordinary Shares have been admitted to trading on the Main Market of 
the London Stock Exchange ("Main Market") today. 
 
 
In addition, the C Shares have now had their listing on the Main Market 
cancelled with effect from 8.00am this morning. 
 
 
The now issued share capital of the Company is 2,615,781 Ordinary Shares.
