BB HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NAME
Belize City, Belize, May 27, 2009 - BB Holdings Limited (London - AIM: BBHL)
(the "Company") announces that in light of the intended re-branding of the
international banking operations within the group under the "British Caribbean"
name, the Board has resolved to change the name of the Company to "BCB Holdings
Limited". The Company further announces that the change of name certificate has
been received and that the Company will begin trading under its new name of "BCB
Holdings Limited" (Ticker: BCB) with effect from 08:00 on June 1, 2009. The
Company's warrants (Ticker: BBHW and BBHS) will begin trading under the symbols
BCBW and BCBS also with effect from 08.00 on June 1, 2009.
