I hope the BOE don't raise the interest rates until end of 2016. I will be happy with that. Need to buy two houses buy then. I will be happy with my portfolio then. After that back to investing in stock markets.

The BOE don't know what to do. All these banks are dead in the water, they know that , we know that but they want to keep it all looking like the lights are on. No I plan on adding the £15,000 to the £38000 cash in my bank. Do forget you need 25% deposit for blt's. Looking for something around £200,000

well mc did put out bad results for the very reason the man is far from honest no honour .read the update manipulated their should be an investigation .
shareholers being taken for mugs . a rotten bank full of liars and crooks for all to see . MC FARLANE IS NO FRIEND OF THE SHARE HOLDER TILL HE MAKES IS KILLING WHY IS REUNERATION OF FREE BONUS SHARES IN NEXT YEAR

is statement was to push the share price down and we all can see why
directors have cleaned up at barcs over the last 7 years

Informant - No I was talking about the need to ensure that everyone you let to has a legal right to rent. It seems to mean that if I've known somebody for 50 years and they want to rent a property from me, I've got to ask them for their birth certificate.

Sorry, I can't help with anything to do with mortgages. All our properties have been paid for.

I plan on buying another property next year, but plan to re-mortgage one property to raise £15,000. How easy is it to re-mortgage?

Well he'll make £175,500 for a full year dividend of 6.5p so quite a bit higher then your rent ;)

I make more than that from rent. I assume he has to pay tax. I have to on my £32000 per year rent.

info mc put out the worst possible figs he could for is own ends read the results all the bad news was put in the results update .
the results in marc 1st will have no a news .
