Ipsofacto - Do you have a point to make or are you just grandstanding in the hope of a lemming audience ticking you up because you fall into their scope of non critical thinking!

I note you avoid answering the points in my last post, but it prompted a reaction I really don't understand.

What does this mean? "have taken the time to send private guidance (urgh...that sounds a bit iffy) about technical stuff." Gibberish written by a child. What advise and what technical stuff?

Why I am here is well documented, I have not hidden my agenda, so again, what is your point?

I think your last comment refers to the fraud as confessed by Williams. You can dress it up as you see fit, but the facts remains, the shares continue to slide back after last weeks ramp. I notice the rampers seem to be in hiding now.

Will AVN deliver much needed capacity and increased margins? AVN is running out of cash, fast. Williams has failed to deliver in each of the previous 5 years, he has consistently over promised and under delvered...why and how is this going to change? Don't take my word for it, its all there in the RN's.

Whatever happens here, Hylas 4 will be the real prize with 28ghz of capacity over west Africa, and the option to cover south America with the steerable beams. Nigeria's GDP alone is more than most of the east Africa countries covered by Hylas 2 added together. H2 was always going to be hard to sell, with one third of it's capacity covering the poorest emerging regions in Africa.

Believe it or not I am just an investor invested in AVN, Me and many other shareholders and some big fish with more knowledge than you or I. Think I will give this bb a miss. Job done elrico.

Let me start with putting you right on one point....I have never made a claim I have made a killing shorting AVN....That is your phrase. I actually declared short at 190p at 100p pp and closed out at 70p. Hardly a killing.

Just an observation, tychee, michaelmouse, dice1950 - I couln't help notice the main non premium account (michaekmouse) has lost 17 followers over the last few weeks. I hope this had nothing to do with me showing you up for what you really are, a nasty little bully whom tries to intimidate people instead of actually debating a counter argument. Have you been sat out side my home again recently? I do hope you have notice the improvements I have been making. Don't forget, the offer of a brew is still open. No33, don't forget.

Talking of growing up....be a man and admit I've called it correct while you have been wrong since when? 300p was it? Given your record of bile and ramping I would suggest you climb down off your soapbox before you get a bloody nose. If you have an acttual case for your grandstanding I suggest you cough up and tell me where I have been wrong instead of doing what every of bull has done, make statements but failed to test them.

I'm very sure there is a redemption in the case of t/o clause in there it would be very abnormal for senior secured bonds not to have this. They are secured on the assets so any change of control of the equity would necessitate this.

Also short and also expect we head back down to the 21st soon.
