11/10/2016 09:05 | If the grant had arrived in the timely fashion it was expected I doubt we would need to secure additional funding and would potentially be stood on our own two feet .......... Amazing really when you consider we only announced the start of commercial production the beginning of the year. It would ne nice to know if there was an updated timeframe where we could expect to receive the grant. I am no longer expecting for the grant to be received this year. Maybe the terms have changed and we need to be operating at full capacity and providing stats and figures to prove we are a viable business before the EU signs off the money | bigbaddaz
11/10/2016 09:03 | Cracking operations report... Production only 0.375m tonnes below full capacity for the whole quarter, i.e. 15%... Water plant sorted. AL doing a cracking job and in London to talk to investors... Q3 Financials late November gives the Directors c10 days to buy shares before the 'window' closes again... Transamine is no 'mickey mouse' company... hxxp://www.transamin Hopefully my 10k this week will be timely... Are you back in yet CuFe...don't miss the bus... Cheers | rougepierre
11/10/2016 08:40 | LLB, Yes perhaps it is a get out of jail card for some of the long term holders. Onwards and upwards. I wonder how HAA must be viewing AL's performance. I think AL has achieved quite a lot since he took control. I well remember all those "No's" from the Junta and the pictures of a run down copper mine. With restricted credit and little working capital to reach todays position is remarkable | acamas
11/10/2016 08:27 | What a journey this has been, to go from unpermitted, unfunded wanna be miner, though all the interference and to finally see an RNS that we are at last knocking on the door on full plant capacity.., we made it into production. It's all down to Copper now, the Astor situation will come to a close in the new year as well, but worst case we pay them off out of coming profits anyhow, best case we are $53M better off..! Well done to the BOD/company in delivering the plant extension and ramp up on schedule. Excellent RNS on the tonnages, the profits will come now, as soon as Copper goes our way. | laurence llewelyn binliner
11/10/2016 08:21 | LOL . . . No, they aren't providing the additional funding . . . In fact, some of them gave some o their off takes away . . . | cufes2
11/10/2016 07:58 | They are. The forward sales come from the off-takes. Excellent update and yes they must be in town. | waterloo01
11/10/2016 07:50 | Why are the big 4 not providing the additional funding if it's such a great opportunity . . . They know more about this project than any of us and the amount of cash required is small change to them . . . | cufes2
11/10/2016 07:45 | Personally, very pleased with this morning's RNS. All progressing very nicely, I believe there is a chance the operations will exceed all previous expectations once full capacity is reach. As CuFe states, we still need additional funding. But, this is just for working capital to enable us to achieve the final push to nameplate capacity. Therefore I expect we only need a small amount of cash to continue the revamp and get us through the final quarter of this year. As we are progressing so well I would expect we can secure favourable terms for the additional finance requirements. | bigbaddaz
11/10/2016 07:33 | Still need additional funding though . . . | cufes2
11/10/2016 07:31 | Double double and higher percentages all round | shortarm
11/10/2016 07:23 | Q3 2016 Highlights -- Production during Q3 2016 was 8,752 tonnes of copper in concentrate (Q2 2016: 4,442 tonnes). This represents a 97% increase quarter on quarter. -- Recoveries increased to 83.60% during Q3 2016 (Q2 2016: 79.80%), with a recovery rate of 84.72% being achieved during September 2016. Financial On 5 September 2016, the Company announced the completion of a significant portion of its funding requirements for the expansion project by entering into a US$14 million copper concentrate prepayment funding agreement with Transamine Trading S.A., a privately owned commodity trading company based in Geneva, Switzerland. The Company continues to work on additional alternative funding solutions to improve its working capital position during the final phase of its ramp-up to nameplate capacity. | cufes2

10/10/2016 16:21 | Copper knocking on $2.20/lb again Acamas, we will bounce tomorrow, a good day to top up tho' I suspect..!, we might even get a Q3 update this week with some tonnages, the Q3 financials were 26.11.2015 last year, so we are a month or so off for these.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
10/10/2016 16:08 | And bought another 5,000 at 84.7 on a T-20...ridiculous... See y'all... | rougepierre
10/10/2016 15:05 | LLB, We need a couple of blue days otherwise this is heading below 80p imo | acamas
10/10/2016 14:11 | Gold up, Silver up, Copper up.., a recovery period for metals.., our share price will follow.., although we do seem to get a delayed response at ATYM..! | laurence llewelyn binliner
10/10/2016 09:55 | Could be people closing T+20s that didn't go the way they wanted.. Edited to add: ..or to take profits on those that went the right way.. :-) | pawsche
10/10/2016 09:11 | So who is the repeat seller? | shortarm
10/10/2016 08:37 | Rougepierre. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and replying. Have a great holiday.I,ve got to wait until next summer for mine having one child still of school age, the other at uni. Just think we need the astor case settled one way or another then the brakes will be off, I,m out of copper at the moment and in silver instead (currently at a loss) but looking to repurchase copper at 2.07 if it gets that low again. I,m now fully invested in ATYM so no more tops up from me approx 57k which is just under 10% of my SIPP. Looking forward to the next figs and Astor case then profits . | canaries2
09/10/2016 17:28 | WE STILL DON'T CARE,rp. But looking forward to your holiday from Tuesday. You didn't mention what time you are leaving. | langostino
09/10/2016 16:40 | The ISA wrapper is good tool, the dual listing meant you could buy an AIM stock inside the ISA, the regs opened that up last year to any AIM stock, but over time this is going to start paying off, I've 100% of my ATYM in it, having added for 6 years on the bounce now, as far as I'm aware all ISA dividends are taxed at basic rate too, which is a bonus for higher rate tax payers..?2017's ISA allowance is £20K I've read too, but at what price in April ..? post year end results, and post Astor court case..? the shares could be double where they are today ..? | laurence llewelyn binliner
09/10/2016 11:38 | Hi canaries. Thanks for your post and I really appreciate your concern. Between myself and my wife we have three p/fs totalling c £400k. Weve done particularly well in the last few years. Two are ISAs with high yielding shares and those with real capital vrowth potential. (I think CuFe correctly pointed out that dividend paying stocks often see excellent capital growth). Hers contains a chunk of ATYM banked for the ling term, maybe 16.5 years... I am gradually moving half of my ATYM into my ISA because as I have said on here, my plan is to sell half when they double. Meanwhile, I am buying ATYM on setbacks for the ISA and then taking profits when they rise by selling the shares out of my spec p/f, thereby slowly rebalancing. Currently I am personally 15% in cash having taken a big chunk of profits on my gold and silvers, with a view to rebuying a smaller selection of high quality stocks (HOC, GPM, MARL, FRES, HGM) when the gold/ silver price settles. I have in the meantime held some KRS and a couple of other producers/near producers. Overall, c25% of our joint portfolios is in ATYM, which reflects my confidence that this will become a dividend paying growth stock in the FTSE350, at well more than double the price. Everything is subject to macro market factors of course and in this context your advice is sound. Thank you. Some may think of me as ramping, deramping this stock, which is not my intention. I am committed and enthusiastic about it and, until the share price starts to substantiate the Projected NPV of 291p I shall continue to trade around the edges. I know the buyer of Thursdays 50k. He is a substantial holder. We share a belief in the unfulfilled potential of this stock. Im on holiday from Tuesday, so very best wishes in the meantime to all. AIMHO as usual... | rougepierre
07/10/2016 15:28 | We are just getting pulled along with Copper now Froggie, but seem to have recovered a little ground today so far @ $2.17/lb.. I hope it keeps going too..! | laurence llewelyn binliner
07/10/2016 12:34 | Oh dear, what the hell has happened here?I thought the NI 43-101 was supposed to be so great that the share price would sky rocket afterwards. I flipping told you they were holding it back for a reason, one of the reasons I sold out, together with our shareholders and the ASTOR case. Good luck boys, this is going to take a while and I will still have time to think about dipping in come 2017 La Froig | frogkid |
