30/10/2013 10:59 | Those 1.3m today are repeats Greenrome - a 1.3m trade and a cancel. the 1.3's yesterday are the interesting ones imo. About 2% of the co? CR | cockneyrebel

30/10/2013 10:30 | Are they another two 1.35m trades from yesterday or a reprinting of the ones that got posted? If they are an additional two then we should see who sold them (assuming they came from the same seller). | greenroom78
29/10/2013 16:43 | thanks, my error. | mymini
29/10/2013 16:03 | mymini, this is nothing to do with Ashely House Plc. Info on the company is at their website: www.ashleyhouseplc.c | first_things
29/10/2013 15:54 | Wonder if we'll find out who took them? 1.35m is not necessarily declarable but if they have sold more (or if the buyer already holds) then there is potential for an RNS (or two). | greenroom78
29/10/2013 15:14 | trading update imminent? had one about this time last year with the AGM I think but AGM has moved now I think. Nice move after that 1.35m got dealt. CR | cockneyrebel

29/10/2013 10:56 | I'm a fan of charts that look like the one above :-) Looks like the next leg up has started with that volume this morning. I'm invested here on the fundamentals but the chart helps. | greenroom78
29/10/2013 10:51 | Not a big fan of charts; but this is looking like it could easily get to 30p short term. Ashley house has a total forward pipeline of £295 million with the division that includes extra care housing growing very fast. The market for extra care housing is forecast to grow substantially over the next decade with favourable changes in demographics. The next forward looking statements from the company could be very interesting and will give a clearer indication of the potential upside. Last update from the preliminary results states: Outlook "The Board is optimistic about the progress already made although much of the growth will be realised in subsequent years as the new schemes pass the relevant stages for revenue recognition." | first_things
29/10/2013 10:24 | Gap between share price and NAV narrowing by the day: | hezza123

24/10/2013 16:16 | Somebody's building up a stake by looks of it. Could get interesting. Mo | mo123 |
