19/5/2011 13:25 | Don't top up on the basis of this note! It is not the most forward looking note in the world given it only covers the period to 30 April 2011 and the forecasts for that period exclude the massive exceptionals. | scburbs
19/5/2011 13:12 | Yeah here's the report. Dont know what to make of this one. It looks dead cheap on these forecasts. Top up or not? | hugepants

13/5/2011 07:53 | Yes, another disappointing announcement. The only upside is the fact that they are in a net cash position and have 9 schemes actually progressing. | topvest
13/5/2011 07:49 | Unfortunately a series of false dawns. They just appear to be getting over one crisis and another emerges. Th | theophilus

11/5/2011 15:38 | have had another look at these noting that the current share price on mcap is around bs net NAV after deducting the intangibles. looks like there is some sell side pressure on the share price still as even todays 10k would normally have moved the market as the nms is quite low here i reckon. keeping this on the radar until the market starts moving up the share price and the weight is evidently off. | empirestate
11/5/2011 13:35 | well worth watching. its what the bbc does best | bamboo2

14/4/2011 10:39 | Adam, Quite right I didn't read it properly! | scburbs
14/4/2011 10:30 | Err no, it was just a cross between funds. The seller is Octopus it seems, but they should be almost done given they went below 3% some time ago and there has been a lot of trade since. Should bounce strongly when they are finally out. | adam
14/4/2011 10:24 | Aviva up to 9.57% (from below 3%). | scburbs
12/4/2011 20:31 | The shares seem to be have been falling sharply since this conference. I am fully expecting a significant write down of the LIFT contract goodwill they are carrying on the balance sheet. However, lets be honest they should have provided against it in the interim results. "PRIVATE sector firms are being urged to work more closely with the NHS to come up with new and improved estates procurement systems in the light of dwindling capital budgets and increasing uncertainty over the future of PFI and LIFT. ... Addressing delegates at the BBH Healthcare Infrastructure 2011 event in Birmingham yesterday, Rob Harrison, a partner at law firm, Bevan Brittan, said of the landscape: "There are LIFT schemes still coming through, particularly as some PCTs want to leave a legacy in the form of new facilities before they are abolished and before they are told they cannot do anything more with LIFT. ... NHS commentator and conference chairman, Roy Lilley, added: "PFI is being looked at closely and will be done differently in the future, if at all. There is also a big question mark over LIFT, so it is a journey of discovery facing NHS procurement moving forward."" | scburbs
12/4/2011 19:43 | 10% of the company traded today, very interested to find out who has taken the stake | lgpixels
12/4/2011 19:11 | Clearly Octopus want out as they managed to get below 4% by last August. However as a measure of just how illiquid and unloved this shower is, its taken approx from 10th August to 17 March for Octopus to sell just over 1% of their holding. (7 months). Jeez, I pity anyone who is holding more than 2000 of these as they have next to no chance of selling them at market price. The sellers of all those 5K & 10K sells here and there at 25 and 24p etc at the start of the year when the market price was 29p now look like a stroke of genius. | envirovision
12/4/2011 17:26 | Shows the value now and worth holding just for the dividend yeild:) | post it note
12/4/2011 16:42 | 80p to 20p in 15 months wots gone wrong? | cnx
12/4/2011 15:49 | Yes, looks like the price is entering the point of maximum pessimism. Either this is going bust or we should see a very rapid turnaround in the next 3/4 months I think. The price is certainly crazy given their better prospects. That's assuming there isn't more bad news to come. We will have to wait and see. Time to buy on any sign of good news I think. | topvest
12/4/2011 14:03 | Looks very interesting! Given profit forecast and long term growth prospects the current share price looks crazy. | post it note
