27/10/2016 16:22 | Don't have any shorts. Have however closed a long position... 5% in 24 hours is good enough for me (still holiding in ISA though) | chillwill
27/10/2016 14:19 | Close your shorts now – this is going much higher | old fool2
27/10/2016 14:17 | Not so old and foolish, eh? Bounced off the 100MA today and yesterday pretty strongly. Gap to close near 540p, reckon it'll get there before anymore down moves (if there are to be any!) | chillwill

26/10/2016 17:44 | Happy with the recovery! Got a spread bet on at 501.5p thinking it was over done (bit risky). Sell order is in for 530p gap close... still got ISA holding though, which I'm gonna hang onto. | chillwill
26/10/2016 14:45 | Recovering Nicely ! | chinese investor
26/10/2016 13:57 | Don't forget Moly, set to go into deficit next year, prices already on the rebound and production is being increased. | ukgeorge
26/10/2016 13:54 | Hopefully the price of copper and gold will rise. | chinese investor
26/10/2016 12:27 | So production is basically gonna be stagnant next year. Obviously not what the market wanted to hear... but margins improving. If they aren't pushing growth, investors will want to see returns in the form of dividends. Still worth more than 500p though, regardless. | chillwill
26/10/2016 09:24 | George, Thanks for the information. | chinese investor
26/10/2016 09:22 | Antofagasta (ANTO LN) Q3 production report delivers 180.6kt Cu up 8.7% QoQ as Antucoya reaches full production. Group cash cost pre-credit at 154c/lb or post credit 118c/lb. Guidance toward lower end of 710-740kt Cu (INV 716kt) range given at start of year as previously indicated at interims. Cash costs outlook lowered to 125c/lb from 130c/lb (INV133c/lb). Production guidance for next year is 685-720kt Cu and capex for this year and next is expected to be around US$900m. The company has been conducting material operational reviews in order to have better accuracy of forecasting. Source: Company Investec View: Whilst this year’s performance appears reasonable versus expectations and the lower cash cost is encouraging, the outlook for next year suggests higher capex and not immaterial downgrades to production with the market likely closer to 750-760kt. The key issues have been harder ore at Los Pelambres and lower grades at Centinela. | ukgeorge
