SK on a serious note apologies for my comments on the 'connection' you may or may not hold with TW.

I am also talking generically in that my view point stretches out to any one who behaves in that way.

I genuinely believe that information that is inside should stay inside.

You can do a lot of damage if not. They say AIM is like the Wild West but the inputs of renegade vigilanties does not help either

Especially if that damage is driven by the motivation of someone whose sole reason to do so is due to an agenda against a certain individual.

Prove me wrong on this by finding a TW comment on MKA prior to mine above that does not involve CW

SK

You make a good argument for the case but we all know that the site works in manner that it protects those who fund the organ grinder directly or indirectly.

I am not invested in either ADL or MKA but to try and destabilise either companies proposed private corporate activity is wrong.

What happens if MKA by chance or the professionalism of their geologist team unearth a monster find? Whose then right or wrong? Fact they need to raise cash to further this process is surely again a pure market process that no one should set out to intentionally damage.

I have nothing against the publication of articles that reveal truthful information about companies but if we are being honest the Share Prophets site is just a mouth piece for certain individuals to run their own agendas.

Hence the point on MKA. Agenda started with CW and still continues.

Yes they may need to get a placing away but surely that's the function of being listed?

This is the first share prophets piece I can find on MKA. Relates to Christopher Williams. Can't find a piece prior to that.

No agenda. Really?

SK,

Perhaps I am being a tad harsh and not putting my point across correctly.

I could care little for ADL, what it does now or the future. My issue is with the posting of insider information in the name of 'journalism'.

Especially when that journalism is agenda driven.

The bank robber and your best buddy are only anti MKA due to previous with Christopher Williams. Likely if personal agenda was not involved or previous existed no pieces would be written.

It is this type of focused vindictive style of approach I do not care for.

Because I do have a mind of my own, what I believe is that when a company starts the process of raising money it should call a trading halt - as is done on ASX and the money should then be raised on the basis of the investment case it can make to investors and not on whether enough mug punters can be sucked in to enable bucket shops to flip the stock for a quick turn.

That would result in bad companies not being able to get a life support of drip drip placings and therefore going bust earlier losing far less money for people in the process meaning more money is available for companies with a good investment case. It would also deter people from tarnishing their investment case by doing things like sucking in a load of PIs by breaking AIM rules and causing suspension, not running out of money ahead of the 18 months they are supposed to be able to survive for and not taking a load of money out through fees and related party transactions when money is that tight.

Was the auditor right to emphasise the matter of going concern in the way he did? You seem to think it is better that mug punters are not made aware of such thing as it is ultimately in their best interests that only city insiders have access to such info. I disagree - we should all be playing on a level playing field.

Keya,

Good at least you recognise the issue the company and its brokers face. Now what does that mean for shareholders, who were all able to read the auditors emphasis of matter and look at how much cash had gone already and therefore could have worked out without any other help what was likely to happen, had they bothered.

I take it you believe anybody who does any research and finds a negative should keep quiet about it and BBs should only have positive comments no matter how well or misinformed they are. The post before mine today were talking about what a great buying opportunity this was. Do you think it was a good buying opportunity then and do you still think it is a good buying opportunity now? Why have you not posted in response to those posts either supporting them or questioning them. What is your motive for keeping quite about that but wanting to wade in when highly relevant information is being exposed.

That's the issue that the company and its brokers face SK, the only reason for the likes of that cretin that you love and your posting is to try and destabilise the price lower.

The effect of that will either lead to more dilution or the inability to raise any.

Why or why would you want that to happen? For the good of the companies shareholders or a personal agenda.

Do you have a brain that you can call your own or areyou just pre-programmed by your master?

Placing to raise £1m will probably work out at about 33% of enlarged shares in issue or 50% of current shares in issue, whichever way you prefer to look at it.

Are there enough mug punters out there to take all those shares on top of all the other worthless bits of confetti dog companies are hoping to issue before Christmas?

Keya

The trouble is so many people new to AIM and these BB's do not know TW's history and the way he operates and don't take the trouble to do a bit of research. Whereas if they did they would see he has no interest in private investors losing money or making money there is only one person he is interested in and that is himself.

Still nobody actually addressing the issue of ADL needing to do a placing, most likely having started the process and how big the discount is going to have to be and what that means in terms of making the best investment decision.

No far better to slung mud at those who have provided the info rather than address the implications of the info.
