Last meaningful update from the AMC Board of Directors was over 5 months ago.

Come on AMC BoD can you update the long suffering AMC shareholder on where the cash is going to come from? You may have noticed the AMC share price is currently collapsing.

The access road alone will cost $129 million. That's before the mine and infra-structure (including milling equipment) and working capital.

"Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), a nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the Far East of Russia, is pleased to provide an update regarding the Access Road ("AR") that will link the planned mine site with the Baikal Amur Rail Line ("BAM") on its wholly owned Kun-Manie nickel copper sulphide project ("Kun-Manie" or "the Project"). The updated estimate based on a one lane design indicates the average cost to construct a kilometer ("km") of the road is US$382,000 including bridges, diversions and culverts. The total capital cost of the 338 km long road is anticipated to be in the order of US$129 million".

PLEASE BE HONEST WITH SHAREHOLDERS AND PROVIDE TRUE TIMETABLE FOR NEXT PLACING AND LEVEL OF DILUTION.

Another net buy day today and the AMC share price continues to fall.

With 80-100 million shares to be converted and 10 million share overhang from general trading over last 3 months this will continue to fall.

The death spiral and share price collapse - IMHO need BoD to stop the fall with RNS to support price.

C'mon Robin throw my buddies in the ramping cartel a bone. Their lies and deceit is too transparent. They need some facts about the financial crisis at AMC.

Raising new money for the survival of AMC is proving difficult for Robin right now. Prostituting an opportunity 10-15 years away is too high risk.

Even sustaining capital cannot currently be raised and as every week goes by loan funds are depleting to zero in August 2019.


Many now expect this RNS in the coming weeks.
