I don't recall confirmation of this apparent "low interest rate loan" fact.

Can a LTH please provide a link as evidence of the loan fact to build the road equivalent in distance from London to Manchester?

Concerned it is yet ANOTHER misleading statement from the ramping cartel designed to support the collapsing share price in the face of financial crisis today in AMC.

Brasso,we all have our views regarding what we are invested in. I have explained them on my previous post to a degree.
As I have said AMC is probably, in an NDA with two Chines Co's. So the BoD can't say anything at the moment. The J/V partners are waiting for AMC to get the funds from the Russian Gov.for the road build. The Russian Government has already agreed to give a low interest rate loan to build the road.
The J/V partners are waiting for the low interest rate loan,they probably don't want to spend their own money to build the road.
There are share holders in AMC that are not named, if you check on the Rule 26 on the AMC website. Who they are, no one knows. They are listed as other share holders there.

I am stead fast in holding my shares here because of the size and quality of this resource.
There was a write up in some paper that I read the other day, that all the big miners would be knocking at the door of Nickel Sulphide Discovery owners, there are not many Nickel Sulphide Discoveries left in this world with the grades AMC possess.
If the share price falls to 1P I shall load up quite a bit more.

I appreciate your point of view but going on the long term trend this will be at 1p in September. Anyone buying stock between February and September 2019 would make money with a take over of say 3p. There will also be a lot of stale bulls in this share that will want rid and happy to take a smaller loss for CGT purposes. It would be impossible to prevent a take over without any large share holders to fight it off. Why would the Russians care if a buyer came in with more cash and a better proposal to get the mine on-line?

I'll say it again - I'm invested in other Russian mining companies and it is the government who are building the power line and year round road in order to open their new mines and get these mines into production.

If the KM project is so good as AMC say it is, why isn't the government building the necessary road and other infrastructure? Why isn't the government giving AMC any real level of support?

What is going on with AMC is very suspicious to me.

With 80 - 120 million shares after conversion (depends on AMC shareprice) we have 8-9 months to wait until this overhang will be cleared. Remember the dilution it is causing right now.

This is further compounded with the 10 million net sells over the last 2 months.

No investors just the ramping cartel telling mug punters they are buying secretly in large quantities.

Ramping cartel = little liars = attempt to support collapsing share price.

Agree TBurns...been expecting a sub 1p placing from bucket shop for a while. Rampers trying hard to keep price up..not for long in my view but good luck anyway.
