24/2/2019 17:59 | I fully agree with the below Crazytowners post - 100% agree:It's not worth discussing on here anymore. You either believe in the EV revolution or you don't.I personally do, and with AMC being the largest undeveloped resource on Chinas border in an area of Russian / Chinese cooperation must not be ignored.PFS out this week in my opinion and Takeover by the end of the year.If we need a little more cash to get there, so be it. | qui quaerit reperit
24/2/2019 17:16 | "Fully Loaded" & sitting on horrific losses in a share that's crashed 92% in the last 4 years. Most investors would be very quiet about that but the Tomfoolery here knows no bounds on the Death Spiral ride to oblivion ! | schachmeister
24/2/2019 16:25 | "Fully Loaded" Physically no more could be added... Desperate boast, means nothing other than stating you have too much and you can't afford to add more. | plat hunter
24/2/2019 16:02 | Looking good... Opening Stock 199974 Live Warrants 128580 Cancelled Warrants 71394 | nolosstillsell
24/2/2019 15:53 | Ignorance to facts makes you poor!!!!!!!!! | tialouise
24/2/2019 15:26 | I am so glad to be fully loaded here. It's been a long while coming but everything finally seems to be slotting into place. It is time for AMC to shine!! | nolosstillsell
24/2/2019 15:20 | Might be hard to get in cheap tomorrow if the PFS drops | crazytowner
24/2/2019 14:39 | Do you feel like you're missing anything with all these filters?Me neither :-) | inaminute
24/2/2019 14:32 | Got a lot of filtered trash on my screen. Only one reason why this lot are here. Its what I call the weekend talk down before they all buy in as cheap as possible tomorrow. Happy days. :) | nolosstillsell
24/2/2019 14:26 | The figure you are quoting is for a year with exploration and drilling, neither of which are happening this year.I believe that the Riverfort deal was a lot more collaborative than you make out. | crazytowner
24/2/2019 14:22 | Correction: The maturity date for the outstanding $2,800,000 loan is the 13th March, not the 13th February as posted earlier. | schachmeister
24/2/2019 12:38 | Delisting might be the best option for shareholders but continuing with Riverfort Global Opportunities is definately the best course of action for the exceptionally large amc management team - for this secures their salary and that's what it's all about for them. They are not investors in this project and they clearly have scant interest in amc shares, hence their tiny shareholdings,to them, amc shares are simply an instrument used to secure working capital and their $1.500,000 annual salaries. The management win by securing their lucrative salaries & Riverfort win by securing control of a potentially valuable Nickel mine, the only losers here are the mug punters who lost most of their investment financing the project to date, because ultimately, it's not Riverfort or Crede who financed the drilling, it's the private investors who bought all their unwanted shares and are now sitting on huge losses. | schachmeister
24/2/2019 12:13 | The best option for shareholders may be to delist and go privat after the PFS until a someone invests in the project but then the 7 members of the management team lose their salary,so I don't suspect they will want to chose this option, especially Robin, who would forfeit $300,000 pa. | schachmeister
24/2/2019 12:02 | Would this White Knight be Riverfort Global Opportunities ? | schachmeister
24/2/2019 12:00 | Will a White Knight come in and save the company ? Maybe they would repay the outstanding $2,000,000 loan - plus give Amur some ($2/3,000,000) working (management salaries) capital in return for a 51% stake in the company ? could they refuse,do they have any only other options ? Any thoughts anyone ? | schachmeister
24/2/2019 11:52 | Amur Minerals have only repaid $2,798,567 of the $4,800,000 loan from Riverfort. That means they have defaulted on over $2,000,000 (40%) of the loan. The repayments were due to conclude on 13th February 2019.What happens now ? What can Riverfort do to recover the outstanding loan money ? Sieze assets ? Will they give Amur another loan to repay the first loan ? Anyone any ideas ? | schachmeister
24/2/2019 11:23 | Amur Minerals need around $2,000,000 a year- just to keep the lights on.How do the lights stay on when Death Spirals don't work and how are they going to repay the outstanding loan that ended on the 13th Februray ? | schachmeister
24/2/2019 11:19 | Ooops forgot to filter one... | courty2
24/2/2019 11:19 | I should point out that the total repayment due on the $4,000,000 loan is around $4,8,000,000 with costs,so a very significant amount remains outstanding with no other method of payment than issuing more worthless shares that cannot be sold in size. If Riverfort don't want anymore shares because they can't even sell the ones from the last agreement 12months back....Then what, any ideas ? | schachmeister
24/2/2019 11:18 | I am waiting until price hits 70p -100p flying high ...GLA....SOON...So be careful | courty2
24/2/2019 11:13 | The next Death Spiral will follow hot on the heels of the PFS, which will be sold heavily into using the existing Death Spiral. The $4,000,000 loan agreement with Death Spiral Financier Riverfort ended on the 13th February and Amur Minerals is in default on $1,000,000 which has not been repaid in shares or cash. I expect this will be lumped onto the next,Even more punitive Death Spiral at the terms Riverfort demand. Amur Minerals will have no say in the terms, no matter how punitive, the only other option Amur Minerals have is to declare themselves bankrupt. | schachmeister
24/2/2019 08:32 | Careful here....many traders and shorters together with paymasters at work. Dilution coming I think. I am waiting until price drops like a stone to a penny....GLA... | goofrob |
