The realism that this project as it stands is a no go, the rush to get out yesterday by the ones in the know gives a big pointer to future share price, it’s a case of cutting losses while you can salvage something from this devastation!

What a great day in the AMC timeline! Excellent 2019 thus far for us LTH Amur Tigers. Real skip to my step today with this long awaited PFS, if I could I would have been adding to my 1.5m shares and will in good time! Not at all bothered about the share price right now, as this WILL hit 30p+Thanks "he who seeks, finds" that all your research and translations are much appreciated - as are all the LTH genuinely decent folk...the banter and perspectives on here Bwana & a few others is refreshing, fun and informed IMHO Russian & Chinese Funding imminent to be confirmed, then the rise towards JV or just TORoll on nicely into March, PFS in the bag, 2018 drill figures to add to today's "living document" and the inevitability of that flagship Russian gov hook up?2019 is gonna be epic!But....WTFDIK GLA Respect

Its a delayed trade and almost certainly a Riverfort sale taking full advantage of the increased volume.
These types of days only come around once every few years,so Riverfort, being pro's- will not waste the opportunity to unload in size.

Anyone who thinks you can simply buy Amc on good news and that it will rise to any meanigful degree, will be sorely dissapointed and quickly out of pocket.

One has to check the history of these companies to see if there are large scale professional sellers waiting to sell at every opportunity and Amc currently owe Riverfort 70,000,000 million shares that will be incessantly sold into the market as volume permits. This constant selling lasts for years(Remember Crede/now Riverfort) because the volume is so small and results in the obliteration of ones investment as proved here.

And if the 70,000,000 million is not a deterrent, the punitive follow on deal, which could be announced at any moment could be for hundreds of millions.

These factors are the most important for any investor in companies like amc seeking capital gain but if your happy to buy an amc lottery ticket on the off chance they get a JV/TO,then do not be surprised if you lose the vast majority of your investment before any deals are announced.

This Aim market is Brutal and it takes no prisoners....90% of you 'will' lose and probably 'already are losing' but cannot take the loss because it's too large.

Some punters, like Nolossuntilhesells/Isphahan & others here, sitting on huge car crash type losses, then decide to buy even more shares at ever cheaper prices and become fixated on one share that they are up to there eyeballs in but still it just keeps going down because it cannot do anything other than go down when professional investors are selling the sh#t out of it every day and they never run out of ammo because as the share price gets cheaper they convert millions more shares to sell for the same money..Simples !

This is David & Goliath here and the private investor doesn't stand a chance!

Exactly as expected,a very poor day for Amur shareholders. The 0.30 rise on the long (2year) awaited PFS is scant consilation for shareholders- who have seen their investment fall 93% over the last 4 years.

But rest assured,It will be back to normal in a few days and the shareprice will resume it's customary fall but it's not all bad news as amur shareholders can look forward to another round of finance with Death Spiral specialist 'Riverfort', once they've been issued with the 70,000,000 million shares outstanding from last year's loan.

Most of the new lambs to the slaughter who bought in today and are already sitting on a loss will have no idea that Death Spirals have been in progress here for 3 years and are guaranteed to decimate their investment.

Any investors unsure about this, check the 93% fall in the shareprice over the last 4 years.

Investors here don't seem to understand that it's impossible for a small illiquid companies shares, like Amur Minerals, to rise, when they employ proffesionals (Crede/Riverfort) to decimate the share price with large incessant sells to recoup their loan money.

As there is clearly no interest whatsoever in the project, and never has been, the best course of action would be to pack up and delist until someone is willing to invest in the project.
