Is this the start of the news that is going to cripple the short sellers.

I presume that Credit Suisse will bring two things:

- substantial new set of investors
- sees the potential for management fees for IPO's

Allied Minds is in a lot stronger shape than when the share price was £725

- working memory chip
- partner with google and others for Fed Wireless, will get revenue from google for all phones that use that infrastructure
- SciFlor seems to have some strong medicines that are in trails
- Optio is a leader in the mobile network security after two prestigious awards

Presume one of the last two must be near to floating to attract Credit Suisse as broker.

So with 12m short and a host of new buyers, only about 35m shares max available for sale, it could be interesting.

To me it's a risky short. They could bring out big news at anytime which would burn em bad. So quite surprising really

Just decided I'm not going to look at the share price every day. The constant manipulation by the MMs and shorters etc is too much for my blood pressure. Will be putting my paltry 3000 shares in the bottom draw and forgetting about them for 6 months or so. I might be pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Good luck to all holders.

I'm quite chilled actually, this company has holdings in a number of others and IMHO has some of the properties of an investment trust. Happy to hold for a few years.

See the roaches are out scuttling about on the high price. Back at a zibion pound Cap again.

A story,
Once upon a time A little-known British day trader caught up in a high-profile Insider-trading case said he has assets worth at least $100 million from a venture-capital business he owned.
Ben A. told the London court Wednesday that he had a stake worth about 70 million pounds ($99.5 million) in a company called Allied Minds Plc he started in 2004 through his venture capital firm, Lomond Consultancy Ltd., and floated in 2014.
a number of whom were contacts of Parvizi’s who Anderson only knew by nicknames Parvizi gave them, such as “Nob.”

ft.com:
Mr Anderson told the jury he had never knowingly been in receipt of inside information and instead relied on conversations with a network of about 20 people, including Paul Murphy (PM), a Financial Times journalist.
The Tabernula trial, named after the FCA investigation, continues.

And here's a few snippets he just can't shut up about it:

PM And no i don’t know why Allied Minds is top of the 250 board, again

Markets Live: Wednesday, 23rd March, 2016
PM I have no idea why Allied minds is up again
PM I fear the volatility has drawn in a few amateur punters — and that it will start popping up on bulletin boards

Markets Live: Tuesday, 29th March, 2016
PM Always feels a little uncomfortable when some drug/hi tech thing from the US joins the AIM market over here
PM Although, saying that, I’d have to mention…

BE Allied Minds has done (big)% of its daily volume already this morning, for instance.
