undecided seems to have a problem understanding the basic concept, Arf.

AFD's part of the required money is 25% of 40% of $120M required to build the mine = $12M

That would require a placing of at least 28M shares and if at a discount to today's prices, perhaps even more.

kev i could never trust anything that involves that fool again .i am a gambler have been all my life never chase losers that is where gamblers lose i do not .the money i invested this week will soon get it back .i do not mind losing that is gambling but when you have a ceo telling untruths you are on a loser .teeling is not good for AIM .he should be barred for life in my view

Luds, you stated many times you were happy for AFD to take AK6 into production.
With LUC we are still going into production with AK6 and a percentage of another mine. Also i am sure the new company will have it's peaks on which you could have made extra money. I still can't see why you sold at such a loss.

2 things to say here if the offer is worth 51p why is the share price not up there and 2 I sold out of here and all other teeling firms a long time ago when I was warned of about our mr teeling seems my informer was correct and I feel sorry for those who were duped by him.

There are other 'suitors' I am told, on very good authority. Whether they come forward or not, we will soon find out.
