I think that it might be a buy, from whomsoever might be making an offer. Lots of sells soaked up at just below 38p.

I keep saying it and always will, some people should not be investing in the stockmarket. They haven't a clue. They would achieve better odds at the casino than dabbling on AIM.

The small fry pi's can research a company until the cows come home but they are never at the coal face. Not even near.



Sometimes a few get lucky but, more often than not, they go on to wish they had never listened to those world class announcements ;

1) For starters, how do we know that Vikram is telling the truth? He is not exactly a credible poster.
2)How can Teeling possibly know how people will vote?
3)There is no implication that Teeling is lying.Vikram might be lying
4) 75% agreement is needed for the deal to be passed. It is NOT REALLY clear if they will get that, until the end of October.
5) The derampers are very keen to imply that the deal is a poor one and that Teeling is a poor dealer.

What has him saying shareholders can object to the deal got anything to do with him say it's a "done deal" ?

He has told one shareholder it's a "done deal". You think he said that on a whim or he has substantive reasons to say that (he knows they have or will have 75% support) ?

He has also said that shareholders are free to object to it.
I have an email from him which clearly states that.
Perhaps you should contact him yourself.
