11/12/2016 21:58 | Depends on how many kitchens they have!.. | diku
01/12/2016 11:20 | How many kitchen sinks does this company have? | kemche
01/12/2016 08:57 | Pug ugly...net debt at year end was 3.2m since then they have sold the water division realising 1.8m and also reduced future lease liabilities by 0.65m. Not sure how you reached your conclusion. | slicethepie
01/12/2016 08:00 | Agreed re kitchen sink BUT (imo) now over valued given level of debt and uncertainty surrounding revissed business model - Declaration - I hold too many having bought the door opener proposition of the "water control" business. | pugugly
01/12/2016 07:44 | With Q1 looking good this gives me confidence that we can unearth a genuinely good business here but like with most good things you'll need some patience. | playful
01/12/2016 07:27 | It looks like the 'kitchen sink' has been used for this years results and the balance sheet cleaned of historical problems. | this_is_me
29/11/2016 11:51 | Alphapig: Sure thing re Aim lows and hopefully any rises will be steep. Crazy thing although the sale of the water business would appear to stop the losses nobody is buying in any quantity, quite the opposite. The directors all have a vested interest here so am surprised that they have not rattled the F16 year end results out earlier this year or the broker come out with an update. The market hates uncertainty and until we hear something I fear this could still drift lower. | rinson
28/11/2016 15:10 | I've added more here. | aishah
28/11/2016 14:49 | Day traders taken up the baton, hopefully won't drop it before close, but mug punters not as plentiful these days (I know, used to buy on seeing trades coming in like this). | alphapig
25/11/2016 16:44 | Oi oi oi, a lot of 52 week lows showing up lately on aim, pi's seem to have lost a lot of confidence/being cautious, santa's rally might take a year off. Hopefully it might indicate that any good Rns's will be met with steeper share price rises then normal, but who knows.Good luck here. | alphapig
18/11/2016 09:22 | Welcome Gary38, please don't get too concerned about the weakness in the share price just some shareholders needing a little extra for their Christmas shopping. I have continued to buy but only tiddly amounts. We should have news before the months out so you don't have too long to wait. | playful
18/11/2016 09:08 | Just brought in here. | gary38
16/11/2016 15:07 | Continuing large drops with no takers - worrying! | rinson
31/10/2016 22:54 | It's a different light but quality wise the previous lighting did it's job fine. The advantage is in the durability but mostly in the energy saving. Value wise I have no idea but I estimate about 30k light fittings to be replaced. LED lighting is far superior to other lighting so all lighting will be switched to LED in the near future. I think that we are well placed to take advantage of the switch. I also believe that IoT has great potential and I note that they are hiring staff which bodes well. | encarter
31/10/2016 17:43 | Encarter: how does the quality of light compare to previously? Any idea how much the contract was worth? | rinson
31/10/2016 17:10 | They have recently replaced all the lighting at my place of work so after some research i picked some up friday and today and will be buying more as funds become available. | encarter
31/10/2016 15:42 | phil: As you say, all good and evidence today of someone stake- building?? | rinson
31/10/2016 13:15 | Co has obtained £1.8M cash/reduced creditors saved £2M losses reduced half staff costs further reduced overheads sold a non core asset been able to focus management and staff on more high margin IOT sales All good S/P heading north in due course BUY for me DYOR | philjeans
28/10/2016 08:02 | encarter: Participants in the placings were either large shareholders or fund managers. If they had demanded 1p then the share price would have crashed giving them a tremendous paper loss on their existing shareholding. An expanding business needs bank support and it is prudent to have this in place longterm. I am sure that the bank concerned monitors the company's progress very closely and would have no hesitation in pulling the rug if things were not going well. | rinson
27/10/2016 22:49 | If they are so confident then why extend the £6m pound finance deal to 2018? | encarter
27/10/2016 22:20 | I disagree that investors decide the placing price. If they did then they would have said 1p. | encarter
27/10/2016 15:15 | I suspect having 2 placing within 6 months tends to mop up all demand, the August one killed the momentum that had taken the share price to 10p. | slicethepie
27/10/2016 15:06 | Last placing was at 8p. Directors do not control the placing price investors are the ones putting money in. | slicethepie
27/10/2016 15:04 | encarter: That's what the participating investors valued it at not the company? But, the last placing was at 8p so perhaps they know more than us? As philjeans alludes to above after the water business sale, got rid of a liability and improved the balance sheet to focus on more potentially more rewarding opportunities.6p bargain? Would be a nice opportunity but can't see that happening any time soon when the distribution division is doing well, supposedly. | rinson
27/10/2016 09:50 | But the placing was at 6p so that's what directors value the company at. Only a bargain under 6p then Imho. | encarter |
