Ready for a large spike up soon mostly buys up to now, once it breaks the 10 pence on the bid its no stopping to about 18 pence.

Valid comments rinson, although a massive step in the right direction here and thats precisely why we have the new CEO Richard on board and business restructure and we seem to be seeing the first fruits appearing.Record Feb order book in what can be described as a bear market is sn outstanding achievement imo

investors champion: From memory, when the shares were 68p there were only around 50m of them so if we get back to 34p the market cap will be comparable and possibly attract a wider II following. Very different and more stable Company though with the addition of Minimise Water (GC). With water deregulation on the way later this year a lot of scope for expansion. Increased Distribution business will have a major positive impact on cash flow and judging from recent PR the lighting business is also expanding nicely. IMHO we will not get back to 15/20p as fast as some think. To many missed targets in the past linger in the memory and we need to prove ourselves with positive results meeting or exceeding market expectation.

CF forecasts in January for distribution:

2015 Actual Sales 12,658,000 operating profit £698,000

2016 Sales 12,984,000 operating profit £971,000

2017 Sales 13,633,000 operating profit £1,094,000

2018 Sales 14,315,000 operating profit £1,224,000

"Advanced Power Components has achieved its best first half performance in terms of bookings since FY2011, with bookings for the period at GBP7.2m, up 28% on last year. Bookings of GBP1.8m in February were the highest ever recorded in a single month."

I suspect operating profit for 2016 will exceed 2018 forecasts due to higher margins.

CF forecasts for Cleantech:

2016 Sales 17,662,000 operating profit £899,000

2017 Sales 19,839,000 operating profit £1,864,000

2018 Sales £22,053,000 operating profit £2,761,000

edit:

Have included actual sales for distribution for 2015 for comparison purposes. Am certain the brokers will have to upgrade when interims are announced if not before on further updates and or contract wins for Cleantech.

It wouldn't surprise me if interims announcement is brought forward, last year the company announced in May.

Agree, finding a turn around stock like this isnt worth turning a 20% profit so much more potential

Some of the institutions taken part in the previous fundraising at 20 pence as well so they are highly unlikely to be taking profits now. All they have down is average down.

profit taking - Could easily (imo) see bid back below 9p. Too tempting for placees to book a quick 50% profit -


Remember old proverb "A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush" or to put it another way a "pofit is a pofit" - Brokers targets are sometimes pie in th sky with a following wind if everything goes well.

Prospective pe ratio in low digits far too low for a rapid growth company. I see far more improvement in share price this week. The break above 10 pence signals a sign of a substantial spike now. 1.5 million trades not at all bad for just 0ver half a day.
