13/7/2016 17:43 | Reckon the traders judge its a sell after such a steep rise. Viz derampers waterl001 and IgbertSponk who have been quiet for a week but now smell a fall and emerge. | twirl
13/7/2016 16:29 | caveat-letter from environment agency pre-dates report from aurora but they were probably furnished with a draft late april | richman777114
13/7/2016 15:50 | re radiation risk (which has to be most material objection by residents) see letter from environment agency dated 26th april which seems to give all clear | richman777114
13/7/2016 15:20 | Maybe so but AVO is not in charge of the planning application. | daijavu
13/7/2016 15:07 | LOL - I suspect the residents might be more convinced by some of AVO's quacks than a few property agents ! | igbertsponk
13/7/2016 15:02 | I agree but that is for Howard de Waldon to do. | daijavu
13/7/2016 14:49 | daijavu - a sensible approach would be to actually engage with the residents and let them know what it does and to what extent the radiation will fry them. But the residents will still have the building, noise, and traffic considerations to contend with, which from their comments won't be easy to rectify. | igbertsponk
13/7/2016 14:34 | igbertsponk. One thing that stands out from the objections is that the residents know very little about what LIGHT does or how it does it. Having said that, it is very possible that their objections could delay the project. We will have to wait and see. | daijavu
13/7/2016 12:10 | Some pretty vociferous objections ! They will no doubt band together to fight this. | igbertsponk
13/7/2016 11:24 | Very healthy rise from £1.00 however I note Harley St now has 13 objections (almost all the residents of the Mews). Further the single director buying should , in my view, be taken with some caution. He's splashed out £110k on 100k of shares. However as he owns over 5m shares, so he has some significant reason to support the shares. Not saying the buying is negative, but I still think Harley Street approval and building schedule is a significant risk. | waterloo01
13/7/2016 10:08 | Don't you hate it when you don't recognise a bottom! | gerhart
12/7/2016 15:58 | The main perceived risk for AVO is that the testing overuns and costs more or doesn't work at all. So this extract from the Annual Report is encouraging. Professor Stephen Myers ADAM Executive Chairman "The accelerating components (radio frequency system) of LIGHT have been developed at CERN during the past decade, and the technology is now mature. From the technological viewpoint, LIGHT has little risk since it uses tested technologies for the LINAC and well established technologies for the treatment room." | twirl
12/7/2016 12:57 | Directors possibly still buying going by the delayed trades another 50k just popped up at 156 | trustmeimastomach
12/7/2016 11:34 | Movement continues at GWMO £1.1m market cap. Multibagger coming. | apfindley
12/7/2016 10:47 | All very strange - Can't believe no other director is buying. Needs to get to 200p just to be 8p old money. | pyglet
12/7/2016 09:19 | Wonder why just the one bod and over last few days? Because he sees they’re cheap; believes in the security of the future; has his own particular plan; or just got lucky with a lotto scratch card?! (Certainly not a disciple of TW and Shareprophets - they said sell) | gerhart
12/7/2016 08:40 | This lad has a pick & shovel, not splashing wading in!! | haydock
10/7/2016 16:14 | Nice find Daijavu. I'll have some of that! No wonder Non-Exec Michael Bradfield was splashing his cash a few times last week! | gerhart
08/7/2016 16:44 | Interesting forecast by sharewise: 632p hxxps://www.sharewis | daijavu
08/7/2016 07:33 | Another £10k from the same NED. Someone's confident. Just what we need at the moment. Expect a retrace to at least 135p now. | pyglet
07/7/2016 21:46 | yddysponk. yawn. Has it ocurred to you that we might have seen them? Come back when you have something to say that actually adds something to our knowledge. | daijavu
07/7/2016 21:10 | Hmmm...... ....but the NHS seems now to have it covered (see the video, they estimate 1,500 patients a year only) I wonder why they chose this supplier (Varian I think) for their two centres opening in two years when LIGHT is available at a lower price? The NHS is under a lot of pressure to cut costs, so it is a bit of a mystery. ...of special interest to Harley Street posters, note 4 mins in, the shielding........ | ydderf
07/7/2016 20:25 | I find it quite amazing that Bradfield is buying as clearly he is unaware of the advice from many recent posters on this board that AVO is a disaster and he should sell his 5m shares. | twirl
07/7/2016 19:28 | That takes his holding up to 5,030,740 Ordinary Shares representing 8.86% of the issued share capital of the Company. At least Michael Bradfield has faith in AVO even if some people posting on here don't. | daijavu |
