I have not read that AVO has any EU funding or any other Government funding.

Does anyone know if they are EU funded ?Would not be a good idea for me to have a punt here if they were.

Thanks, daijavu. At least it worked for you in gaining more shares. I have stayed out and still think other things are better value as a result of Brexit vote. Good Luck, though.

lets hope so for all the people who are forced to sell from the silly short term markets.

After all at the markets rose convincingly this week - lets hope the hedge funds etc have lost lots.

For us, surely a low pound makes selling machines easier...so better for us.

I was out and meant what I said at the time I said it. But things changed. The share price bottomed out and started rising so I bought back in. I gained a fair number of shares in the process without putting any extra money in.

My quandry this morning was should I attempt to repeat the process. I decided not to

I'm out for the moment too. In fact I'm out of everything altogether until the dust has settled on Brexit. Brexit is looking more likely than ever.

I've pondered and made a decision. I'm not selling today.

Even if Brexit wins and shares plunge, I'm confident in AVO's future. Any short term paper losses should be more than made up for when AVO comes into its own.

In any case, a drop will be a buying opportunity.

Would you bet your house on the result? I expect the answer to that would be a resounding no so there you have it...............it's close.

Never mind the polls - look at the bookies odds. They all point to a clear remain win.

I'm not deramping, just issuing a caution. If Brexit wins, watch shares plunge tomorrow. If Remain wins, shares could go up. The polls are so close, I don't know what to do today.

If I sell and shares plunge, I could buy back and increase my holding when the dust has settled.

If I sell and shares go up, I'd need to put in more cash the buy back the same number of shares I have now.

If I don't sell, I'd lose if Brexit wins but I'd gain If Remain wins.

Decisions! Decision!

Advanced Oncotherapy PLC (LON:AVO), up 4.4%. The AGM presentation must be a corker, because the shares rose on the news that the cancer therapy specialist has just posted it on its web site.

NIce little bump today...I've been seething all week about this stock...but still can't accept that it will fail. All the signs are there that it will succeed regardless of what TW says...

So I bought another 5000quid tranche. that's the first spot of good luck I've had with my portfolio in about 8 months... will break out the red wine tonight!
