06/4/2016 11:51 | No one can predict the future and who knows whether an offer may be coming in or not. Regardless, as I have argued in an earlier post on this board the fair value for the company, is above £4 a share. If broader markets avoid another major leg down, we should be climbing up from current levels on the company's own fundamental merit. The counter argument would be for the markets to head south in which case the 888 momentum train may go in reverse. Don't think we can worry too much where the markets are going to be at time X in the future (because we can do nothing about it) but rather plan in advance what exactly we are going to do when the market gets there. 05/4/2016 11:26 | Multi year highs certainly bodes well. One thing which may spoil the party is a major down leg in the broader markets which may inevitably hurt sentiment in 888 as well. Until then, enjoy. Otherwise jump off the train (for those who consider momentum in their strategy like myself) heading south. | tongosti
04/4/2016 23:02 | Have waited a long time to see these levels. After so long stuck in the 160 range | cyman

31/3/2016 14:41 | Looks like its peaked a little too high. Its been a great run for the last weeks day. Cut and grabbed the profits. See what happens and re-invest when it looks like it rising again. Great company and likely to have a good future with dividends and takeover potential. | yesrupnel

30/3/2016 11:22 | On a different note, you hate it when executives get nil cost option. Classic failure of corporate governance. | tongosti
30/3/2016 10:57 | James - apparently you haven't read my post explaining my strategy. It's called the trend is your friend. I find the combination of Value with Momentum far more powerful that using Value approach alone. I pyramid on the way up and sell below a predetermined level (bailed out below 170p and re-entered in stages between 181 and 198). There are a few more transactions involved but you also control risk exactly they way you want to. www.investopedia.com | tongosti
