VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan 16, 2014) - ACT360 Solutions Ltd. (TSX-VENTURE:AKM), a provider of Internet-based testing and international marketing programs for higher education, announced a student recruiting agreement with Sprott Shaw College, a subsidiary of CIBT Education Group Inc. (TSX:MBA)(OTCQX:MBAIF).

ACT360 Solutions will use its proprietary TestDEN.com platform and leverage its user base of 2.4 million international students across 100 countries to:

• Promote Sprott Shaw College vocational programs;
• Qualify interested students to ensure they meet minimum enrollment requirements;
• Guide students through the college application process.

Sprott Shaw College will compensate ACT360 Solutions for its recruiting services based on the number of initial inquiries, qualified prospects, and enrollments achieved each month.
