Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 21 March 2024, 45,285 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were sold at £0.261 per Ordinary Share for discretionary private clients of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited ("Henry Spain"), a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company.

The notifiable interest of Henry Spain has therefore decreased to 35,846,576 Ordinary Shares, which is 24.03% of Ordinary Shares in issue.
