agreement with Art Brand Studios, LLC, the authorized licensor of
renowned American Artist Thomas Kinkade, to design, manufacture and
market an extensive home décor collection based on his artwork.
The collection embodies the timeless art of Thomas Kinkade, the
Painter of Light™, emphasizing the simple pleasures and
inspirational messages his art represents, which is the perfect
balance between faith and American Tradition.

The Spring 2017 collection will launch mid-December 2016, with pre-presentations as
