18/2/2024 17:29 | Just had the paperwork for AGM on 1 March. TBH I'd totally forgotten I ever had shares in this outfit. All seems pretty legit - the mailed package included a user name and access code to register a proxy vote and the screen then knew my details and how many shares I hold. Name change to UEE - loadsa pages to read. Does this mean they're going to relist? Anything meaningful in the reams of bumf and I'll update. Anyone else any more info? | youngbaz

10/2/2018 20:28 | Spot on coolen. Many thanks. I'm in Ireland but the rules are no different from HMRC when it comes to getting a few bob! | topthat
10/2/2018 18:39 | TopHat, I've just looked at the files at Companies House the company still exists, with the latest filing being in December 2017. Thus, HMRC will not accept a Negligible Value claim. You can sell them privately and claim tax relief, but the buyer must not be related to you in any sense. | coolen
10/2/2018 12:47 | Change the capital XX to capital TT. What's the thief Drummund up to now? Strangely, there's no mention of the Teathers debacle on his heavily patrolled & edited wiki page. | bbmsionlypostafter
02/1/2018 18:40 | Can tthis thread be uncoined actually? I am trying to remove the top five coin threads from view which is possible by filtering the thread creator, but ideally wouldn't want to put someuwin on filter just yet. | novicetrade68

On 20 July 2017, the Commission wrote to Mr Drummond to inform him that it was minded to revoke his PML on the grounds that Mr Drummond was no longer suitable to carry on the licensed activities. It was not necessary for the Commission to exercise its regulatory powers as the PML was surrendered. However, the Commission considered that had the PML not been surrendered it would have been revoked. The facts found included that Mr Drummond had been a PML holder at Gametech (UK) Limited (‘Gametech&rsq | bbmsionlypostafter |
