22/2/2016 07:50 | Morning all. 750,000 more to go before we reach 100 million. Should be reached by Wed / Thur with a possibly some PR and a trading update at the end of the week? Now that would be nice. | simonparker5
19/2/2016 13:02 | I personally would not sell at anywhere near current levels. The ticker is likely to hit 100 million next week. This will give the company an opportunity to announce this with some fanfare and to update the market by way of their usual February Trading Update. Going back, the news from Zoo has now been on a more positive side for over twelve months from my perspective, so I am looking forward to positive news and a positive outlook in the next market update. I also have a lot of skin in this, so here's hoping. | martina pescatore
19/2/2016 12:29 | Some impatient soles selling up this morning. The ticker is now at 99.1m this morning so we are nearly there!! | simonparker5
17/2/2016 18:02 | Trading update was 18 Feb last year..... | ff2345
16/2/2016 19:24 | cyberbub if you mean what do the 100m subs represent then they represent the number of subtitles written for clients and stored on the Zoo servers. You can find the ticker here | simonparker5
16/2/2016 19:03 | Just digging a bit more... what are the "100M subs" being referred to? | cyberbub
16/2/2016 13:45 | cyber Fair enough, but I reckon the IT guys are in cost of sales and all the rest as operating costs. | ff2345
16/2/2016 12:43 | Guys, if you would like more detail of how things work at Zoo then perhaps a conversation with Stuart Green would be a starting point. For serious investors he will take the time to talk to you. I found him a really nice guy to talk to who really knows the detail and the world they operate in. No bull or hype just someone who is passionate about what Zoo do. I like that in a leader and director. He also has a lot of skin the game. It takes time to build a cloud offering and scale it, but that is what has been happening here for the past two years. As was reported in the last results, things are at a tipping point and alot will flow from here. Trading update should be soon along with the magical 100m on the subs ticker. All exciting stuff!! | simonparker5
16/2/2016 12:24 | Thanks FF. Re. the 100 staff, fair enough, but surely most of them should go through as 'cost of sales' rather than 'admin'? | cyberbub
16/2/2016 12:01 | They aren't capitalising any more, just taking a depreciation/impairm Agreed that net current assets are negative, but I am looking at their ability to generate a profit and a positive EBITDA and cash flow. In terms of operating exp, they have over 100 staff including translators etc. If they can make $1m+ EBITDA then work out your own value..... | ff2345
16/2/2016 10:16 | PS the annualised G&A cost of some $9M also seems quite high? | cyberbub
16/2/2016 10:00 | Just looking into this share after a tip on another board. The market cap seems low, however there are those debts being racked up via CLNs (the conversion price is very encouraging... but could it be a cynical red herring?), and the intangible assets figure seems high for a small company? Are they capitalising development expenditures to flatter profits?Genuine comments here, I am not deramping, just trying to understand the prospects and any pitfalls.Any insight from people invested for a while would be appreciated.NAI | cyberbub
16/2/2016 09:43 | What does the 'block listing cancellation' RNS of last October mean? I have not seen one of them before. Thanks. | cyberbub
15/2/2016 12:54 | Thursday this week. | nicyts
15/2/2016 12:51 | 1,133,000 more to go until we hit the magic 100 million. Anyone want to predict when we will hit it? I will go for next Tuesday. | simonparker5
15/2/2016 09:43 | None left online now, only way to get them is Fill or Kill. | simonparker5
15/2/2016 09:25 | Market cap of £30million would equate to a share price of c £1.Growth company in a growth area!!! | nicyts
15/2/2016 09:08 | Message slowly getting through methinks.......... | philjeans
14/2/2016 14:53 | 48p no doubt considered fair price by those in the know.Puts into perspective the value in the current price. | nicyts
14/2/2016 13:22 | Because they think they can eventually convert at higher than 48p? | simonparker5
14/2/2016 12:45 | why didn't the LNHolders simply ask for a lower CSP? | euclid5
13/2/2016 11:00 | The price is all about perception .Clearly few look in depth into the company. They prefer to follow like sheep. The reality has to stare them in the face by which time no doubt it will be to late. What do we know. They are in a growth area. Streaming films is the vogue and there is the requirement for closed captioning in the USA. This is also required elsewhere .They have premium customers . Apple BBC and many others including five of the six major studios. They are growing taking on new staff and business . Expanding the business to the east. They are increasing margins and are paid in Dollars but have much of tha expense in Pounds. The CEO in heavily invested and have clear support of their backers. The market cap is feeble one day the market will catch up. When that will happen is anyone's guess. Until then I am happy to wait because if I am right in my perception the future of the company is bright. | nicyts |
