Been years of promises on PR stuttered last year and this year complete radio silence Last year at least we got one investor meet and loads of TUs Really poor aspect of the business but as long as the business keep outperforming can't complain to much

Obviously we would all like a TU to drop any day, but unless profit /loss is X amount above or below expectations, then the company hasn't a right to drop one. In recent times, my only beef was last year's failure to drop one with the agm statement, well a week later we got one because of trading being well above expectations. It may well turn out that we shall have to wait until sometime in July to find the answers we are seeking, but let's hope not.

Threshold for a trading update is usually when expected outturn is about 10% different from "market consensus", which of course is usually managed by the company. Not sure where market consensus EPS for 2024 is at the moment, but my estimate is 225p based on guidance comments on revenue and EBITDA margin around the FY2023 results presentations.

If you want my thoughts he wants to build a billion pound+ company. He may then feel his job is done.I see no reason why this cannot be achieved in the medium term.Turnover for 2025 should be way over 1b would be nice for YU to actually let us know how 2024 is progressing I will not be happy if we have to wait for H1 which isn't due for another 3.5months that would be 9 months into the Year. Not acceptable in my eyes.

Hopefully the cancellation will enable the company to purchase a million shares from BK, thus reduce his holding and save at least 400k in divi payments , plus enhance eps.

To cancel the share premium account and return £12.28M into distributable cash reserves. If agreed, as expected, it will make a total of £34.5M (approx) available to shareholders in 2024 as special/buyback/increased progressive dividend.
