What a boring yet odd week with extremely low volume expect for one day. When buys outstripped sells yet marked down on an 11k sell.Strange times and patience required as frustrating as it can be being a YU shareholder the science is deafening from the company

I just do not understand YU MB sometimes, the company is thriving and they keep using the word profitable year. So we know 2021 is the year YU moves back into profit the question is by how much. Also they are constantly on about mergers and acquisitions with at least 12 smaller players and some of similar size ie smartest energy size 75 to 100m turnover. Come on YU seal the deals and let's move up a gear, UK PLC is booming and it is all about critical mass now. We are already at the profitability tipping point we need mass to grow this profit exponentially.

Good to see a few buys along with mine as soon as they dropped it on that one large sell. Lucky for me that I was around at the time. Usually I would have had no chance. Being looking for an opportunity as done rather well on other shares lately. Any profits are getting tucked away here. Got a good holding and prepared to wait. RC

Definitely games afoot, certain stocks getting hammered especially the rainbow chasers on Argo, I expected people leveraged are hurting and releasing other assets to catch the falling knife.Crypto is the biggest bubble scam every and out of the 5 stages of a bubble they are now in panic stage

Albeit frustrating, we have come from 72.5p to todays price within a year. I will take that and given at least two of us loaded up at those ridiculous levels. Maybe in a years time those who buy now will feel exactly the same.

Good update form Good Energy this morningBoth electricity and gas volumes are higher than comparable periods in 2020, with electricity levels recovering from COVID related impacts in 2020 and gas volumes benefitting from a colder than usual spring.So obviously YU will be the same not long to wait for H1 numbers

The UK’s economic recovery accelerated in May.

Eleven out of 14 UK sectors reported faster growth in output month on month in May, up from nine in April, according to the Lloyds Bank UK Recovery Tracker, as the UK moved further out of lockdown. The tracker found that the UK tourism and recreation sector recorded the sharpest rise in output growth as British hotels, pubs and restaurants benefited from pent-up consumer demand. Firms took on more staff to handle rising demand. All 14 sectors reported jobs growth in May, led by manufacturing, while the tourism and recreation sector added jobs for the first time since January 2020.

Interesting year with the latest Morrison's offer. A lot of UK comp airs are being snapped up or approached especially stalwart boring companies like defence, engineering, supermarkets Utilities will be next as I believe this year will see some significant consolidation across the sector from generation to distribution to end customer.Utilities stalwarts are way behind in the digital revolution and huge opportunities exist for the challengers to gain market share Also predators everywhere internal the UK and external
