leaving the monthly average of the annualised value bookings calculation aside, YU. must have had a thumping may 21 and 18.4m for june 21 bookings as the first four months to april 21 monthly average was £7.2m as per the rns on 27 may 21!

what has triggered the bods' to issue the trading update just 8 days after the end of H1/2021? were they pushed or external events?

Truly Excellent Numbers, got the update out 3 weeks early no mention of acquisitions in the update so a no-brainer on the next news........

yes the trading update numbers are excellent, but why did the bods' fail to quantify the EBITDA for H1/2021? - Positive adjusted EBITDA(2) expected for H1 2021, significantly improved from 2020 (H1 2020: GBP1.8m loss, H2 2020: GBP0.1m profit) as the Group delivers on its strategic objectives.

Great update and market will catch up at some point, whether it's this month next or even next year. Those of us who loaded up at sub 1 quid are laughing and those who buy today will probably feel the same in 12 months time. I have said it quite a few times, but just wish BK would sell down to around the 40% level as I feel this is more than likely holding back the share price

Indeed Denmark They certainly are having long memories with YU, but this cannot continue much longer as the numbers speak for themselves. They have turned the corner and the future is very bright.

it is rather a shame the market has not yet given the benefit of the doubt to the bods of YU. after the debacle in 2019, i believe!)

H1 is the weaker half of the year so turnover could hit £80m and over in H2 this would give a combined turnover of 140m at the lower end That smashes the likes of Good energy out of the park who are MC at over £50m and turnover around 130m but have 38m in debt Makes a mockery of the SP

This is excellent. Cash position still 11.5m after office costs and part payment of roc charges. Look at that June booking total. I'm really looking forward know to the next two updates. Can see a significantly beat market expectations in January update. Also although seems to be dragging our feet, if an acquisition becomes available then they are in a strong position to complete. Onwards and upwards. RC

Electricity prices for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) reached record highs in the second quarter of the year.A new analysis by Cornwall Insight suggests power prices reached the highest level since the research company's records began in the second quarter of 2012.The data estimates prices soared by 5.82% to average at 18.99p/kWh during the last quarter. The report also stresses that gas prices also hiked.Molly Lloyd, Analyst at Cornwall Insight, said: "The rise in SME prices correlates with a significant upward trend in wholesale prices which saw wholesale energy costs rising to some of the highest since the Beast from the East in 2018"Day-ahead power prices rose 15.6% in April to average £69.31/MWh. Wholesale prices were supported by factors including higher gas prices, unseasonably cold temperatures and the associated higher demand levels."This has been compounded by higher carbon prices and outages at some fossil and nuclear fuel plants, causing a tighter power-supply margin
