Sparky, the quest to grow by acquisition is fine, but I would rather wait for the right deal, if and when it comes along. After all the company seems to be doing rather well on its own two feet at present if June's bookings are anything to go by.

I am not fazed just frustrated by the low volume aspect of it. All it means it that it bounces back more aggressively. Profit for H1 and FY will make a hell of a difference.

Was reading through Good energy’s Half year trading update and they stated that “It is anticipated that business performance is returning to more normal seasonal expectations, where first half performance is stronger than second half.”

I know we are in an expansion phase but could the above be holding the share price back or?

Accounting debacles can yield great buying opportunities in good companies.
Around 2002 Ashtead (plant hire group, which had always been a little aggressive on accounting) discovered accounting irregularities in its US operations. Share price collapsed to 2p intraday low. Price now - 5600p with no consolidations or anything.

I made 2 top ups just now. Ignore the market maker games, I think the shares are cheap and value will be recognised in due course here. It is a very solid business

Looks like MM's Bumped share price from 2.40 to 2.60 last Wednesday before trading update to get the options away probably why the trading update was bought forward.....

Didn't know the new offices were open and operational not worthy of an RNS? although cost 3.5m plus
