Well, in the ideal world we’re not - We’re voting to tell the management to get on with running our company. As an independent entity. But we don’t live in the ideal world, and clearly LR has given up.

I would implore everyone to vote in favour.We simply need another bidder now we are in play. I'm all for registering my contempt and dissatisfaction, but only through Andrew Kennedy. Not by cutting off my nose despite my face.

I do see the point that Nova may simply buy us out of bankruptcy so have no incentive to raise their offer without a counter bid. I am actually now contemplating changing my vote to in favour.

if there's no other bids you're voting against means if successful we will effectively be a basket case of NOTHING!Surely the way to go is vote in favour, back Andrew Kennedy and meanwhile keep fingers crossed for a new bidder to appear.

If people are looking for some sort of cumuppence for Rees et al then get in touch with [e-mail]. He is trying to get a legal case going and needs more shareholders to get onboard. Nothing to lose and costs nowt. I'm in along with plenty of others. Just get in touch and tell him how many shares you have. Job done.

I concede I’m being a dog in the manger by voting against. It irks me that Nova is getting out company and all its potential for peanuts.

Nova share price is rising because everyone knows they’re perpetrating a massive heist.
