Well, good to have a degree of clarity, but I don’t like this clause:

“The Loan Agreement is secured against the shares of the subsidiary being sold such that failure to pay will result in ownership returning to Yourgene with no obligation to return previously received funds.”

I know it’s a common enough measure, but much rather have the cash and be shot of it rather than face the (albeit low) risk of the costly asset coming back to haunt us if things go pear shaped.

But overall, not the beginning of the end, but the end of the beginning. Now we’re out of life support, the hard work begins to get us back on track.

Probably. And I tell you what’s galling - directors focusing their energies on the MBO when they should be laser focussed on growing the company. Just hope we’re wrong but I’m getting a feeling about this one now…

they DO know the reason though don't they? They never were any good at announcing news, like Nipt contract wins. Though they did for a poxy website knowing it wouldn't move the share price up.

Outfits in this sector were fetching upto 10x revs as a valuation not long ago. This company is growing at 20%+ annually.Good products and disruptive tech which is gaining great traction. A big player would cut out all the fat and be into instant profit.
