"Racecourse porphyry seems open in all directions....
"..not less than 16000 metres, could be up to 22,000 metres to get to the 2Mt (grades between 0.38-0.45%)

"...we're pretty sure we can get the tonnage and get the grades.."

No drill rig available in Canada, and not dissimilar in Australia...so wanted a special drill rig, we want 2 of them...7 days a week and round the clock - had to sign a contract and so needed the funds.."

Plenty of macro drivers, Biden policies also supply issues ref Chile..

Even with the extra shares and warrants in place...2Mt of Cu equates to significantly more than the current market cap,.

Hoping CB has an offsetting RNS in the pipeline for this short term dampener.
It would be his style.

A week ago I topped up at 7p when buying volume was surging and it looked like the next leg up was on it's way. Couldn't work out the weakness that followed but now all make sense.

Oh well ..should be used to it on AIM by now.

Well someone is buying em at this level! Not long till we start the journey back north!

Placings are fine for a co as long as they're using it to make the co bigger & better then all good imho!

Would have been good to be involved with the placing but thanks to the market shaking out holder got in close to around placing price anyway so all good.

If that £5m GBP invested in the ground, increase the market cap to £100m plus, then it's excellent business. A 20,000m drilling programme with 2 drills working continuously is going to be money well spent. A small proportion for the other projects is fine with me, especially if we can get producing at the Zambian copper project and selling ore.

Over the next 2 months we can expect some decent news flow, probably receive an updated presentation with all the geo stuff in it, news on the Zambian projects and gold projects, etc.

CB is all about putting money in the ground to develop the projects, listen to his recent interviews.

I have bought more today. Just re read up still stick with 10p end of April has the funding now to go forward loads of options at 10p CB bought higher than we are now. so long term all good ill recover to over 7p by end of week.

Peeps will be emotional ... especially those who topped up at 7p and have no more top up money.

Anyway, 5,6 or 7p will be irrelevant if this is as good as CB has been predicting.

Sign of CA in the copper sector always bullish for sentiment

One less on the market....

The Sunday Telegraph:
Kaz Minerals, a Kazakhstan-focused copper miner, is being taken private by Nova Resources, controlled by its chairman Oleg Novachuk and Mr Kim, after their final offer of 869p was accepted last month, valuing the company at £4.1bn.

indeed Viking.

We have a world class find, no question about it. Plenty of cash now in the bank to drill on.

Post from the LSE board - simple really and the truth of it. All good

Cant understand what all the fuss is about. In simple terms, this placing likely proves more than ever before we have a World class find, indeed much bigger than they previously thought. Its not easy raising £5.5m and at 5.6p, its a good call, gives us a very strong platform from here and shows the market we are serious players in our own way. The majors will now be all over this going forward inc AA. If this wasnt going towards 8p / 10p before, then it certainly is now during 2021. The only thing anyone should be doing is filling their boots sub 6p, as it wont be there for long imo. This placing is a shoe in marker for this projects resource imo.

JS193, what tactics would you have done to raise 2 lots of £5m to benefit shareholders then ?

Feels very much like CB has been doing the rounds talking publicly about how great the situation is so they can suck in mugs to support the price while they put a discounted placing together. Not saying we are not in a good situation, but don't like the tactics.
