19/4/2021 09:52 | What is clueless is the way certain chip on shoulder posters endlessly bleat about how unfair the world is that anything worth having has to be paid for and wont just be delivered on a plate ! Of course XTR had to raise money ! How else can its 2m tons or greater be proved up ??? Copper $9300 a ton and rising. A buy out in the region of 3% of 2m x whatever the copper price is later this year will only benefit those clued up on what Colin Bird has turned XTR into ! Thats at least 3% of 2m btw. Probably greater than 2m tons. No doubt the truly clueless will still be bleating on here about how the system keeps them from benefiting. Pathetic. Nobody deserves to lose money (what a spiteful comment) but some are destined not to make any. | mtw1
19/4/2021 09:32 | Great post Swing....This lot are a bunch of clueless clowns who deserve to lose their money.....LOL | p5tvr
19/4/2021 09:29 | Nice one Chesty. While I cannot hide my disappointment at the raise price there are plenty of positives to take away from today's RNS, not least the stated intention to prove up more than 2m tonnes. The fact that they will have 2 drill rigs operating for up to 6 months suggests to me that we could ultimately see many multiples of 2m. Ella over on the other board has put up an interesting post about the warrants that were announced today at 8.5p. Apparently they need shareholder approval and I wonder if they will be so readily voted through. | bernymadoff
19/4/2021 09:26 | Hands up all the MUG'S that didn't sell at 7 and 8p to buy back LOWER!!! AND hands up all the so called mug's that DID.....LOL Put both hands up if you PAID 7p or more recently.....HA HA HA | p5tvr
19/4/2021 09:24 | goforgold1 I read your post stating " I look to future not past get a life " . Now you know why I look to the past with AIM listed companies . Two large placings within a couple of months with no TR1 to say who's got those shares and how many they've sold down . It would be nieve to buy into an AIM listed company without knowing those facts but sure enough the broker 4,910,714 warrants , exercisable in whole or in part at 5.6p per new Ordinary Share within 2 years of being issued will be sold off asap ....... Then there's selling down shares probably from Sanderson , on top of which shorting by MM's . So when's the next placing not forgetting deep drilling is expensive and that's if Phase 1 assay results prove to be better than the handheld device that was conveniently boxed away after showing lower grades than expected . Ironic how Zambia drilling is taken so long and costing so much but then today's £5.5 million placing might be used there or in Manica , Mozambique . After all there's not only fair brides that's suppose to be up and processing hard rock by now but many other supposedly hard rock deposits worth exploring within the Manica prospect . Yep , might be to pay for extra security to protect the Manica prospect from refugees fleeing insurgents . Worth waiting for the TR1's in my opinion and until the largest holder is below holding 3% of all shares in issue plus warrant shares I won't be buying any XTR shares . Those who bought up to 9p /share recently may learn from looking into past trends of XTR , I certainly have . | swingbysome
19/4/2021 09:21 | I have just topped up @5.7p this will come good from this level | chesty1
19/4/2021 08:45 | Nothing happening for 2 months? Just three more assays from Phase 1 and the results of the geophysical survey which should complete mid May...plus any news from Africa projects. That's at least one RNS guaranteed every other week. Idiot | bernymadoff
19/4/2021 08:24 | Certainly getting some volume shake out those that cannot wait and then back up we will go!!! | chesty1
19/4/2021 08:12 | This is actually a buying opportunity imo. | exile
19/4/2021 08:09 | Anybody know how long this extra cash will last? Will it cover operations until the end of the drilling program? I.e can we expect another placing in 6 months time (or sooner)? | joycey1882
19/4/2021 07:59 | Knowing GB now he will bring next assaays out this week to keep people happy. After raising more money. Nothing happening here for at least 2 months most will sell out today. They can not wait a day on here whos going wait 2 months lol. | goforgold1
19/4/2021 07:55 | I don’t mind a placing as long as it’s to prove up bush ranger and sell it on! You cannot have one without the other how else was they going to prove it up! Placing to make the co much bigger I don’t mind that | chesty1
19/4/2021 07:53 | Back to the low 5p range today then. Delighted I bought in at 8p. I notice the RNS states that drilling to start by July, I thought it was to be well under way by then. If the next assays don't excite the market we could be in the 5-6p range for a while. | joycey1882
19/4/2021 07:47 | Phase 2 drilling to commence in July at latest so a chance it could begin in June. They're going to have to work flat out to get everything ready including getting the planning permits. The assets in Africa should be coming on stream soon with the proposed extra funding. A takeover approach looks highly likely by end of the year. I'm prepared to wait at least until then. | denjon
19/4/2021 07:34 | All seems necessary business which is not too surprising and a good point to get it done at. Phase 2 would always need more money. Now its done. Its what happens in mining exploration companies. gla. | hubs
19/4/2021 07:18 | Can live with that discount. Not too bad. | glennborthwick
19/4/2021 07:10 | Cu $9336mt. Up again. | denjon

18/4/2021 09:33 | A very good reply Count. I’d suggest that there are several posters here who have been burned by XTR in the past. Sadly, this is inhibiting their ability to form an objective view of XTR today. Instead they choose to obsess over past issues - a sad state of affairs. | randompath
18/4/2021 08:52 | In voicing your opinion of what drives the Market Cap, you're only giving an opinion on one side of the coin and choose to ignore the main driver. Sad attempt. | thelung
18/4/2021 08:46 | TheCountofMonte_Cris I voice my opinion of what drives the Market Cap and to do that I have to refer to Beaufort Security Ltd / Sanderson . Explaining that when a placing happens there's always a huge rise then a downward spiral until an RNS states TR1 below 3% of the company total shares in issue by the company that took up the placing offer . Whether they call themselves Beaufort Security or Santander all same old rinse , repeat , rinse , repeat .Catching the bottom is the trick not buying in on the downward spiral . All in my own opinion of course . As for referring to CEO , Mr.Jan Nelson it was chairman Mr.Colin Bird who did the placing at 0.32p /share , pre-consolidation of 200:1 . That enabled Mr.Bird to buy the Manica prospect much to Mr.Jan nelsons disgust . That placing money could have turned Chepica around but there you have it a reason to know XTR history . With regards to the insurgency attacks only affecting the North of Mozambique your forgetting the 600,000 displaced people heading South with famine / disease / lack of shelter affecting the whole country way of life or is that stating the obvious . Alas as mr.Colin Bird would say there's always the next rainbow . | swingbysome
18/4/2021 07:31 | SwingBySome - Not sure why you are continuingly bringing up all the things with Jan Nelson from a long time ago, somewhat strange that you are living in the past. Everywhere experiences bad weather, even in England, the UK comes to a standstill if even a few inches of snow fall, if it remains for a week it's a major weather issue. The Bushranger drilling was expedited and completed very quickly and efficiently, they are now looking at the next phase of drilling and planning it once they receive the Geo survey results. All very positive and exciting. In Mozambique, the insurgency occurred in the North of the country in a fairly lawless area, that has been dealt with and it was hundreds of miles away from XTR's gold mining projects. All of your very negative comments, generally from many years ago, can all be countered with positives of things that are happening now. CB has turned the company around, refocused it into a major copper focused play, and is developing a potentially massive copper resource in Australia. Hope you will discontinue making the same point, over and over again, about Jan Nelson. He left years ago and it's time you focused on what is happening now, not what happened years ago, because the stock market is forward facing it it not backward looking. Get with the times man:) | the count of monte_cristo |
