04/1/2022 21:50 | Had a listen to CB's interview. I did not understand the bit about Ascot - will they look to offer it to AA together with Racecourse? As I understood it could be as big as Racecourse and so could double our money. How certain are we based on the drilled holes/grades at Racecourse that the 2mln tonnes target will be met? As I understood, he hinted that Ascot hedged any risks of not hitting that at Racecourse... As and when the sale is agreed what is the normal course of proceedings after that - will a special dividend be paid to the shareholders or will the funds be invested in the growth? Many thanks in advance. | picardy

04/1/2022 17:02 | Noticed CB keeps referring to a great BB, is it this one or somewhere else? | johnswan193

04/1/2022 15:28 | chris cat4 Jan '22 - 15:03 - 4312 of 4312 It was mentioned in a previous interview that revenue should ramp up and cover drilling hence no placing would be needed. As usual this interview he did caveat a company could never say never though. | all in eol

04/1/2022 09:35 | Profit taking will happen and is healthy and natural, should be a great start to the year here. | the count of monte_cristo
04/1/2022 08:54 | No sellers in sight so far. A nice RNS and I don't mind a couple of profit-takers in mid-6s. | picardy
04/1/2022 08:45 | Happy new year folks! What a great start to 2022 xtr and wsbn flying! Happy times ahead | chesty1
04/1/2022 07:37 | Re the 12 stocks of Christmas, CB did not mention the third anomaly that is scheduled to be drilled. | the diddymen
04/1/2022 07:28 | I think its even shorter than that, I believe it is 6 days. | qazwsxedc69
04/1/2022 07:25 | philby1 - someone on LSE has said 15 days but I can’t personally confirm it. If true that would be positive as that’s a small window for them. | dibs61
04/1/2022 07:12 | Is there a time limit on AA's option? | philby1
04/1/2022 03:03 | A reminder on the 80% purchase agreement with AA, note that CB has mentioned a couple of times that no major would want 80% they would want it all! 1. EL5574 was purchased 100% by ProspectOre from Anglo American (“AA”) via a Sale and Purchase Agreement 2. AA have a “buy-back̶ a) If a deposit of greater than 2M tons of contained CuEq (i.e. 450Mt @ 0.45% CuEq) is ultimately identified. AA may buy-back 80% of the deposit at fair market value as determined by an independent expert in accordance with the JORC and Valmin Code. Parties are to then pro-rata fund to maintain 80/20 or ProspectOre may dilute which ultimately ends with ProspectOre retaining a 0.75% NSR b) If a “Decision to Mine” is taken by ProspectOre prior to the identification of a 2M ton contained CuEq resource, AA also have an opportunity to exercise the buy-back c) AA have a once only opportunity (before it falls away) to exercise the 80% buy-back whether the opportunity comes through the discovery of 2M tons of contained CuEq or a decision to mine. d) If AA does not exercise the buy-back and ProspectOre ultimately develops a mine, ProspectOre would have a 100% project interest less 3.5% NSR royalties and a $7.5M development payment to historic holders (which includes AA) | the count of monte_cristo
03/1/2022 23:48 | A close above 6p, TD, sometime soon (tomorrow?) and a potentially bullish double bottom would have then formed on the XTR chart and my 8p short term target would soon beckon! gfg1 might need to be up early tomorrow to get back in sub 6p. It will, of course, depend on whether the big seller(s) have anymore shares left and if they have whether they wish to hold onto them? The way things are panning out for XTR I believe they'd be mugs not to hold onto their remaining shares (if they have any left) . | papillon

03/1/2022 22:46 | Well volume was low on Friday 31st, TD, which one would expect on New Year's Eve. We'll probably find out if the seller(s) are still around tomorrow if early buying pushes up the share price to 6p. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com PS gfg1 should have taken the plunge and bought back in on the 29th and/or the 30th, like I did, based on this Heikin-Ashi candlestick chart which showed on the 29th and 30th a potential reversal of the recent downtrend. | papillon
03/1/2022 22:26 | I also expect this to be finally breaking the 6p resistance wall tomorrow. | picardy
03/1/2022 21:06 | In terms of the immediate price the podcast gave an indicative timeline. It gave a strategy to develop the resource in that timeline. It gave an indicative 2+2. It gave better scope to the positive cashflows from Africa. While all the above will ultimately show through, I have been amazed over the last couple of months that there has not been much evidence of new share holders. Perhaps a New Year and the better scope to the project will bring in new capital, but are the Projectore sellers still out there? More of the former and the price could be driven up quickly with fundamental value underpinning the gains, while more of the 100m shares being sold and we are back into 5p ping-pong. My instinct is that Thursday/Friday's purchases and price increase will thrash the 6p barrier tomorrow. I think that Paps indicated that the charts suggest that the next line of resistance will be circa 8-9p. | the diddymen
03/1/2022 20:46 | He did voice something I've only heard him say off camera before, that the share price is accounted for by the existing productive operations. I.e. racecourse, Ascot, etc are currently offered as a freebie. This new candour may well draw a fairly reliable baseline at 6p. | zero matrix
03/1/2022 20:31 | Could break 6p tomorrow on the back of that interview | brasso3
03/1/2022 19:02 | That interview is a must listen. Never heard CB so calm and assured. Ascot has changed everything, as he states. He no longer has to project confidence but speaks with absolute conviction and authority. First time we've heard time scales too? Present to AA by June or possibly before? | qazwsxedc69
03/1/2022 17:51 | Cannot see Anglo passing up on this either count, its not as though it is a definitive resource. There is so much meat on the bone for Anglo to exploit further exploration of licence that would include footrot. Do you think xtract will have to give up exploration rights to the other tenements? | guyshelby |
