When is the next dividend pay date? Not listed in any RNS or Annual Report other than sometime 'in June'.

Thanks, Spooky - I tend to evaluate freight companies that are debt-free on the basis of their net profit performance over annual sales times 2.5% and prefer the return of profits to shareholders to be at least 50%.

Only 2/3 of the profits go to shareholders of the company, the rest goes to outside shareholders of subsidiaries.

Does anyone have any concern about non controlling interests here? Never seen it discussed and ignored by commentators like ST in the IC. Makes a significant difference to valuation IMO but no one appears to care.

Out of my SB trade at the open and continue holding my shares.

Seems as though there has been decent supply this morning whereas can't currently sell too much so will look out for another SB opportunity.

Decent statement as expected with everything seemingly on track. Will tune in to the AGM at 11 if I can.

If Clippers results, which ae out today are anything to go by, the XPD AGM statement should be good if not absolutely spiffing !

It's been quite for the past week or so both in terms share price and volume.All this will change from next week ... firstly we have the AGM on Tuesday then in July we've got the Trading Update for the six months to June to look forward to.The share price has remained strong and has consolidated at the current level ready for the next rise.

We should get a decent update at the AGM :

We already know that results for first quarter are ahead of expectations.The management will a have very good idea how the company is performing after 5 months.

All indicators are pointing to a boom in freight/transportation sector.

Managing transportation post Brexit is more complex than anticipated with customers requiring additional support which is net profitable for the Group.

Full contribution from the acquisition of Nidd Transport Ltd.

First full year of benefit from GBP0.5m of annualised cost savings made as part of the response to the pandemic.

Yes still here - was hoping for a better run up to the AGM statement but hopeful for a good reaction on Tuesday. I've had an investment holding for some time but have been trading XPD on spread bets in the last year.

zico01 fully agree freight companies worldwide are experiencing tremendous reopening demand with bottlenecks in the supply chain everywhere chips, container rates at all-time highs which includes AP Moeller Maersk A/S Class B whose share price has increased 143 % in just one year..

DX Freight (part DX.Group) is also experiencing strong trading conditions :

13/05/2021

Revenue growth at DX Freight is now expected to be around GBP10 million higher than previously anticipated. This has been driven by significantly increased volumes, both from existing customers and through new customer wins. As a result, the Board anticipates that DX will significantly exceed existing market expectations.

WIN .. CLG .. are experiencing buoyant trading

Xpediator could well be trading a lot stronger than management expectations.

We'll know next Tuesday ...

The share price is consolidating at 63p before the next rise.Freight companies have been very busy so far this year.Xpediator will tell the shareholders a similar story next week... the rerating of the shares will continue through out the year !!!
