02/12/2020 13:26 | Worth looking behind the scenes regarding share price at the moment. @32-34 market quote, there are just 1500 shares available to buy online, the trades going through @ 33.1p reported as buys are actually sells, and the Bid price is strengthening into those sells and is now up to 33.12p for over 20k shares. | gleach23
27/11/2020 12:18 | solid buying today again. XPD will benefit from Brexit, deal or no deal. All IMHO. | mfhmfh
26/11/2020 15:24 | It is making that leg up except the market is sleeping here and folk have been selling the breakout when the price is breaking key technical levels and moving higher on nothing volume. The macro news is favourable and I believe the market is looking way beyond the present (and existing numbers) and looking forward to a much improved fundamental picture in beginning to price in those recovering revenues and improved margins. Broker set fair value at 50p. Happy to apply a 20% discount and look at 40p as the real initial test of resistance here, as per that move in November last year, three times it had a go at that key mark. Beyond some of these explosive moves in the likes of MCL and STAF recently, it's a buy the dips and hold market to allow a continued re-rating higher across the highlighted laggards and board. All imo DYOR | sphere25
25/11/2020 17:30 | share price has broken above 20, 50, 200 day MA which are all positive or turning positive. 50 day MA has crossed 200 day MA. | mfhmfh
25/11/2020 15:28 | Taken a few more here. Price ticking up. Next leg up here? | sphere25
23/11/2020 20:29 | Im sure it was my series of letters to them referring to the outrageous costs amounting to 96% of revenues that prompted them to mention better margins and cost cutting. They have to cuts cost of sales and admin expenses by at least 15%. Then this will be with the 40-50 p we all paid for it | limay
23/11/2020 08:59 | I agree, turning point reached. GLA. | mfhmfh
23/11/2020 08:28 | Bought a few as well, looks like the troubles are behind them and the business could be at a turning point. See how it goes. | 2toptrader
23/11/2020 08:15 | They make lots of adjustments to get to adjusted profit so this can be flattering. In H1 the adjusted profit before tax was £2.1m but the actually statutory profit before tax in the P&L was only £0.3m. So the £6m adjusted profit after tax given today will translate to a lower statutory profit. Stockopedia showing Enterprise Value of £60m. Even taking the adjusted profit figure the PE doesn't look cheap. Adjusted PBT of £6m gives adjusted PAT of about £5m. That's an earnings multiple of 12. Not cheap for a haulage company and the PE will be higher using statutory profit reported in the P&L. Edit: The research note today forecasts a reported profit after tax of £3.5m, and after removing minority interests, earnings of only £2.5m. That an earnings multiple of 24. | amch
23/11/2020 08:08 | Looks another encouraging update from the new team as both margins and revenues recover updated research note from Equity Development sets fair value at 50p / share - read it here, free access: | edmonda
23/11/2020 08:02 | Bought at the bell - too cheap imo | sphere25
11/11/2020 19:42 | Nope. I’ll be chasing early next week | limay
11/11/2020 19:36 | Any response from the letter you sent to the Company? | gregb
11/11/2020 19:04 | So no ones noticed or cares that our company has 213 m of revenue and 160 mil of cost if sales and 49 mil of the gross profit of 52 mil in admin expenses leaving couple of mil profit. Can’t be right | limay
10/11/2020 15:33 | Good day today | mfhmfh
10/11/2020 10:42 | XPD have consistently said that they are ready, deal or no deal. Also in a great position to help companies not ready. | gregb
10/11/2020 10:22 | I've got real concerns about Brexit here. Could really impact haulage to Europe and be a big negative for the XPD share price if not resolved very soon. | amch
10/11/2020 09:48 | Market finally waking up to this laggard? | sphere25
10/11/2020 07:56 | On looking at the numbers for this company I noticed that they declared a gross profit of 52 mil. They then deduct 49 mil in administrative expenses !!! This is after all other expenses and cost of sales I have written asking for an explanation | limay
09/11/2020 14:59 | This one hasn't shifted with the market yet either DBAM DYOR NOTHING IS AGIVEN | sphere25 |
