good to see XPD back on the acquisition trail. It did come to the market as a 'buy & build' company.

strong results today IMO despite Covid-19. board seem confident by increasing the dividend significantly. 'We expect the full year adjusted profit to be in line with or above the level achieved last year.'

A very resilient H1 from Xpediator with revs down only 3% + dividend raised by 61% in a show of confidence. Chairman says: 'Co is now trading close to normal levels and has started the traditionally stronger second half of the year well' Shares look undrerated, see new research here from Equity Development: https://tinyurl.com/y62qyl4c

Are there any Freight companies that have ever been successful and grown for investors after listing and sustained growth in Company Valuation? I used to own Nightfreight and it delisted I think, with a share price decline preceding that. I always find that Freight companies always struggle for profitability and listing is usually an exit for it's owners coupled with a capital raise to draw from. Royal Mail is another one following that pattern of decline.

Interesting to note in last week's RNS on holdings post the scrip dividend, which took the founder's vehicle Cogels up to 26%, that it subsequently purchased another 1m shares from the CCO at 25p. Looks a reassuring purchase and takes that holding up to 26.7%

#XPD after it released management changes earlier, research update from Equity Development says business to remain on track, with Founder still involved on the Board and in M&A. Given an encouraging recent trading update, shares look well supported. Read note here: https://research.equitydevelopment.co.uk/research/tag/Xpediator-PLC

AGM update maintained the resilient message, and less Covid disuption than management feared. Cash, NAV at 21p / share and solid trading underpins value Updated note from equity development here : https://research.equitydevelopment.co.uk/research/tag/Xpediator-PLC

haroldthegreat Yes could not agree more and once the Mr market gets wind of another pending acquisition then this should quickly propel this stock price back above to the 40-50 levels - the Virus impact should eventually turn in their favour when more and more people turn to online purchases.

lets see if the board buy shares at this level . a significant purchase by them and their families will show what they really think of the prospects for the company !
