A Swedish entity has been selling. However XLM in their presentation say that Sweden recently introduced a supporting regulation.
Does anyone know if this is true?

that's the AIM market for you though, they usually have some obscure office in a remote country outside Europe, a listing in London but based in Jersey it's all a big mist on what is really going on. That's how it is sometimes it blows big time sometimes it just blows up. Trick is not too over expose yourself a bit like the old Penny share guide.

If they're listed in London and head office based in the UK that kind of reduces the risk as a rule of thumb.
