if anyone has any direct lines of communication to the company they may want to send them an email and tell them to hurry up and get an update out to shareholders asap. It is completely unreasonable not to issue an update now in my opinion about what is happening to our dividend money and when they are going to get it to us! IMO only and I hold a large % position here. I will email their comms my thoughts as well.

Lot's of large buys but the share price remains stuck. Suggests someone is on the sell side.

As ever Shaun us PI's are left trying to put together the story based on any crumbs that fall our way. I took Inbal Lavi spending £400k on shares and increasing her holding by 359% last week as a particularly reassuring statement if ever there were one. From my research and from meeting her she strikes me as a level headed family oriented lady and not one for high octane risk taking.

cg8riverside18 - should have been sooner even without a date that confirmation date of when it is being paid, i assume shareholders/Xl Media are getting compensated for this assuming it is not XL media fault.

Perhaps they need to replace Capita? Would seem logical to me.

Hi Shaun, see post 6063 for further info since then.I've personally spoken to Cenkos, Berenberg and Vigo. As i mentioned in post 6063 apparently they are looking at other options to get the dividend paid to shareholders far sooner than the timescale currently being offered by Barclays, hence the delay.

GOOD to see two 65k buys, and one 32k buy this morning, good to see that demand is still high even after a decent rise.

Inbal Buys Loads....big tick for me. Been reflecting on the events of this week and after a bit of a ponder today I've decided to add again to my position with a further 4122 shares at 160p. It's been a while since I've seen such conviction from a Director of a company. I think this bodes extremely well, not only in light of the current dividend debacle, but more importantly Ms. Lavi's confidence in making a very healthy return on that £400k investment. She knows far more than any of us about what's in store once this hiccup is navigated.

Growth at a reasonable price

Performance marketing provider XLMedia (LSE: XLM) is another business that I believe could make investors enormously wealthy. Year-to-date, shares in XLMedia have returned 73% for investors as the company has turned from a depressed dog into a shooting star.

This time last year, City analysts were downbeat about the company’s prospects. Today, analysts are projecting a 15% rise in earnings per share for 2017, followed by growth of 7% for 2018.

Once again, I wouldn’t be surprised if the company beats these forecasts. At the beginning of July, management announced that for the first half, the firm was performing ahead of expectations as three acquisitions that completed during the period, in cybersecurity, credit comparison, and mobile marketing, all contributed to growth. Not only have these businesses provided growth, but they’ve also added diversification to the group.

As well as the attractive growth outlook, shares in Homeserve support an appealing dividend yield of 3.4%. The payout is covered twice by earnings per share. All in all, this looks to me to be a good growth and income buy.

That's quite a statement from Ms Lavi. £400K coughed up on shares in the last couple of days.

My main question is will the dividend conversion be at the rate that it was on the divi date or at the new date. If we get more I don't mind, if less the company should sue and reimburse us.

Re the earlier post this morning.....I can confirm AJ Bell (and no-one else as far as I am aware) have not received any dividends. Their reply regarding the use of currency cheques was just a generic response in relation to all foreign dividends they process. As far as I can gather it appears the existing bank, Barclays will be able to pay the dividend but that could take weeks. Therefore the company is looking at other options to get to it paid far sooner to shareholders. Huge director buy this morning again bodes well. I will also be adding on further weakness however I understand those preferring to sit on the sidelines until this is sorted.
