Cheers Sat69. ADVFN have gone home, most likely, so probably won't hear this weeks excuse till the morning. You can go to the FTSE thread and they have a link to the Dow on Yahoo.

So .... problem that myself,Le Mass Du Pap, and others queried (freezing etc.) hasn't been answered.... I'm using same pc, same internet connection and I've not upgraded/added any hardware / software - but my problem (with advfn only) seems to have started same time other people experienced the problem .... I guess by ignoring the issue and referring us to support (who will say everything is OK at their end) means that (paying) customers have now become an inconvenience for advfn... ?

You need a subscription that offers real time FTSE indices to see them in real time, otherwise they will be 15 minutes delayed.

As far as I can tell, Apple (ACP) does not trade on the LSE anymore so we do not have any recent data for it.

There is no problem with the FTSE feed at the moment. If you are unable to get a price you may want to try refreshing your monitor.

There was a problem with the symbol for the Dow Jones being sent from our data suppliers which caused the fault. This has now been fixed. If you have any other queries please send us an email at [e-mail] or refer to the ADVFN - PROBLEMS thread (Epic HELP).

No problem with INDU or COMPX, but the NDX (tech 100 nas) has been gone for weeks.

Any chance you can answer the miriad of problems that I and many others are having with the site, or will ADVFN just let us spend our subscription somewhere else? I'm having the same problems again today. Why has this started to occur in recent weeks?

Again the charts on the ADVFN home page aren't working.

The market openend at 8 AM and it is now 9:30 AM so it is not a 15 minute delay. The streaming is broken or very, very slow.
