LOL these people did not suspend Worthington - the company directors did.
These people did not suspend Whetstone - the company directors did - and never provided a reason.
Stop defending this and admit it's the companies at fault. Too many promises and not enough communication with shareholders - except people like you who seemed to know what was going on for some strange reason. What about the shareholders left holding the baby JJW? You are shameless

Yes Empire Energy Global Corporation (EEGC) run by our good friend Mad Malc Bendall had that warning for nearly a decade before SEC did something about it:

Commission since the period ended September 30, 2010....

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that:
Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act, the registration of each class of
Respondent’s securities registered pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 be, and hereby is,
revoked. The revocation is effective as of September 11, 2019.

Will SEC be any swifter dealing with FGCN? Probably not.
