19/6/2020 21:59 | ...while i've been watching EUA during its lengthy suspension. curiously, have just spotted a little link between EUA & whetstone. tim lyle is the group CEO of city & merchant, who are the principal behind that hugely rampy 'research report' from ACF equity research which helped EUA shares soar before AIM regulation stepped in ... & of course, timmy was a director of whetstone, up until april '20. strange how the same names keep cropping up sometimes. coincidence. | spikeyj
19/6/2020 12:23 | Yup, still here and watching RLL. Now blushing! | davidkip
19/6/2020 11:40 | I reiterate my earlier warning about reading Arthur's posts :) | ratherlargelobster
19/6/2020 10:29 | To be totally honest jackjack this has got to be the weirdest scenario I have ever known I genuinely think that there was more 'honest intent' all the way through this unfolding saga than will ever be believed. And I'm also sure that the most ardent believer will concede that skulduggery and incompetence took place in spades. Tortious Interferers? ... its possible - and if so, they should be nailed to a wall and ruined ... maliciously destroying innocent shareholder value for personal vendetta is pure evil - I kind of hope some real 'tortoises' actually exist. Bulletin board rampers / derampers, secret societies, 'insider' information, news soon yada yada ....this is gonna crash yada yada. Isn't that just another day at the rag end of the stock market? At least the FCA are digging away and all (or most) will be revealed eventually - but perhaps I'm the last one to listen to on this subject :) - I prefer pratting around - and flirting with Paula :) ps I hope davidkip pops back in - His was the most enjoyably readable, researched commentary that I have read on the WRN/Whet story | ratherlargelobster
19/6/2020 07:51 | Mr lobster you carry on .i think at times you talk sense. iYHO what went wrong with wrn / whet | jackjackjack1
19/6/2020 07:38 | Mornin all .... its terribly quiet here ..... have I driven everybody away ? | ratherlargelobster
18/6/2020 22:20 | Oops, sincerest apologies to the FCA. Apparently it was Magic Jukebox technology - as soon as the ball crosses the line you get a massive blast of Match of the Day theme tune. .... but it only seems to work if you take the recognition camera lens caps off :) | ratherlargelobster
18/6/2020 09:35 | Elsewhere ....Prince William and myself are more than a bit uneasy about our little footie victory yesterday. #goal line technology courtesy of the FCA | ratherlargelobster
18/6/2020 08:59 | Warning .... never ever ever read a post by Arthur_Lame_Stocks whilst taking a swig of coffee ..... | ratherlargelobster
18/6/2020 08:43 | Whearas the real Doug Ware is going to be chucked into the Old Bailey docks (along with St Aidan). | arthur_lame_stocks
18/6/2020 08:38 | In fact .... I suspect he was the rascal who chucked the statue of Doug Ware into the Princes Risborough docks last weekend. | ratherlargelobster
18/6/2020 08:23 | I love the way that KNIGEL has morphed from a mild mannered contributor into a real chat room 'ard case :) #GoKNIGEL | ratherlargelobster
17/6/2020 13:39 | KNIGEL what went on here was some people had a discussion and decided to trie to make money out of honest people and some have succeeded IMHO now time for there comeuppance maybe but definitely hopefully | jackjackjack1
16/6/2020 18:28 | JJW, perhaps you would care to tell us again the bull case for WRN/WHET and how you account for recent developments, notably the fact that everyone directly involved seems to have done a runner? | abadan2
15/6/2020 12:49 | I think the FCA would want to know who sold the shares who made money from the shares and more importantly who lost money from the selling of the shares. Did certain people make a lot of money from selling the shares as if so was tax paid on the profits. | jackjackjack1
14/6/2020 21:31 | My kind of financial advisor! | danmart2
13/6/2020 19:30 | Especially if it is being peddled by a tattooed fake tanned oik getting his instructions from a serial business failure who, in my honestly held opinion, is a charlatan and pathological liar. | sweet karolina2
12/6/2020 21:26 | Plenty of mugs in the world sweet karolina2, if it’s too good to be true it often is! | danmart2 |
