There is no way WHET can recover with such a small amount to play with and I am sure they would have let it die if a shareholder had not made a complaint to Companies House.

Also: although WHET started off with 2.5m shares in RAP, they sold circa 1m of them causing their holding to fall substantially. This was in Nov 2019, so after the accounting period.

The NAV was based on the RAP share price being higher than the previous year but if you look at the RAP chart, the price in both instances was only at those prices for a short period and is now below half of that value, assuming that it would be possible to get rid of so many shares at that price even. I would put the NAV per share at closer to 0.1p and not the near 1p claimed in the audit.

Well done, better late than never.

Stated net asset of 0.0085p/share. And a yearly cash burn of circa 20% of the net assets (and with a statement in the report that they can sell down the assets to meet their liabilities - mainly paying the investment manager and directors plus legals.

Last trade on Britdaq was 0.03p or some 3.5x over-valued compared to NAV.

Looks like Companies House has a problem, I can’t see the accounts. I know S Wales got badly flooded, perhaps the paperwork is floating in a puddle somewhere?
