Can anyone find them on the www?

As a LLC surely they should be traceable?

Even David will not be able to make sense of those accounts, I think that was the idea. As to auditors, Greenwich were last years and Moore Stevens this years, they seem to have had problems getting Greenwich to sign off the accounts. Naughty to leave Greenwich at the top.

Smoke and mirrors plus a disastrous cash flow! The parent company is losing money?
They badly need an injection of cash, will WHET give it to them?

So they got that shareholding in Motivideo past their auditors? It doesn't appear to exist and as for the £4.7m investment in Screamcast Media (which was paid for in shares) there is not a trace of the company existing on the internet as far as I can see.

So how many shares in issue are there now and why wasn't the investment in Screamcast announced to the market (or did it appear in a Swiss version of an RNS).

Typically cashflow is dreadful, RAP remaims a bag of crud IMO.

I think they claim the record for the use of the words "vertically integrated" in one announcement!


The value of their investments in Montivideo and Screamcast are a large part of their financials, I wonder how they arrived at those valuations?


Are they realistic?

Cash flow is a big concern.
One employee other than the three directors? Some things need comparing to last years results, maybe later on. Group and Parent Company figures etc.

I see the value of Montivideo shares has only fallen slightly.

There is also a large amount in there for ScreamCast Media LLC.
