Yes Thursday will be News Day for sure - as has been said before its the last day of the 6 month window for Whetstone to subscribe for further tranches of 'new' RAP shares at the existing agreed price.

I'm pretty sure that they will exercise the option of the 1,666,667 shares for £116,667. mainly because the other 12 and 18 month options @ £416,667 and £625,000 respectively would automatically be lost - and remove the lock in of Rapid not being able to sell freshly issued share to anyone but Whetstone for another 12 months.

And of course the exercise price of 7 pence is quite a discount to RAP current price of 21euro - 18.5 pence ish

Can Whetstone afford it? … well Wulstan Earley had a nice little cash pile from his bonanza - and he doesn't seem to have creditors baying for his assets so it would seem to be both mobile and free to use - and could easily top up the WHET coffers - perhaps planned that way.

Is it good money after bad and what do RAP's books look like ?- who knows?. Will Whetstone exercise? - I think yes because another roll of the dice is better than being out in the cold with £175k stuck in a fairly illiquid RAP.

And not forgetting the Australian rollout may actually be going well with a update due for release - or heaven forbid, struggling - obviously Allan knows and it will be certainly be interesting to see what is said.

Well as Darren has informed us that 1st November is news day we might as well leave them.


It will be interesting to see what the news is, TI, or a company announcement, and if the latter, by which company?
