02/12/2018 21:10 | Peter, The "nutritional" supplements were already in existence and being exported when the company was founded in 2012. SStL makes all that clear in the 2012 interview. They were in China and US back then. Since then revenues from sales have been pathetic the main product of the company being shares issued to raise more cash. | sweet karolina
02/12/2018 20:34 | Peter - RAP has potential - it must have taken years for Holland & Barrett to become well known in the UK. However Whetstone investment is not really that material - it would have to go up 20 fold to get the NAV near the current share price. Maybe in the long term Whetstone will make 5-10 deals in small developing companies and realise capital growth - however so far there has been one investment - they do not seem to be in a rush. Probably due to being on Britdaq... | knigel

02/12/2018 18:20 | "So yes...a slow start..." Er, RAP isn't a start-up. It's been around for absolutely donkey's years, repeatedly swallowing up round after round of investor money and still not making headway. Here's fresh-faced young SStL interviewed about RAP back in 2012 | davidkip
02/12/2018 18:17 | Do all those 1bn Chinese have to travel to Australia to buy the products from RAP's sole Sydney store? That'll be some helluva queue. | davidkip
02/12/2018 15:50 | So no money in health food..lets have a look at a small health food company Holland & Barrett, which is the largest health food chain in Europe, posted revenue growth of 7.1pc in the year to September 30 to £656m, with like-for-like sales up 4.5pc and online sales rising 23.6pc.So let's we get a 10th of that.. 65.6 millionOk..a 100th 6.56 million ..not bad. We are in China.. (1 billion potential customers) America..(500 million) So yes.. a slow start.. but the potential is huge | petersmith6
02/12/2018 14:44 | I missed out on an investment in an adult educational film company. Don't knock it. In 3 years they had a 19 million pound a year turn over. Bulk is secure down loads and 60% prophit margin. | petersmith6

01/12/2018 23:11 | What's Pornhub? The new acquisition? | knigel
01/12/2018 22:57 | Oh my goodness, you guys are STILL HERE? You poor things. You mustn't have good, loving homes to go to or anyone in your lives who truly love you. SUCH a shame. Maybe you can all find someone to watch Pornhub together with while you cry and hug and pretend that life has been a success for you. Night! | skinnybasoo
01/12/2018 22:16 | I suppose you could call dazza's boiler room an institution - a mental institution. | sweet karolina |
