Closed at 482.3p - a new high... ...bought back in with a token 500 shares at 468.7p on Monday :-). Also HSTN, RDI and PCTN doing well - as I have said property is back in demand. INL is another worth a look. Purple.

I still think the Poplar site has added a chunk to this share given the number of £1m homes it will potentially produce. How will they monetise this? Sell the land with PP to an expert developer like Berkeley? Sounds like being right up their street.

Market agreed, up at 470 it is a bit exposed to market, even though we've had a few bear weeks and we're still up here, but look at the 5+ year chart. Long term investors, this is still a great price.

The only reason I bought a couple of days back was because of the apparently large value that could be attributed to the Poplar development that got its own RNS. May be worth £1 on its own as far as share price is concerned. Good demand towards the end today. May it continue.

I have bought in here (@446p) as the housing development has to be worth a nine figure sum in retail terms once developed. Presumably, WKP would look to sell the land as a block to a developer like Berkeley now that it has planning permission.
